Great stay, room clean

Overall, my stay at this hotel was great. The location is quite convenient, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and all the essential amenities were provided. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, making both check-in and check-out a breeze. It offers excellent value for money, making it a good choice for business trips or short-term stays. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

Room was very small.  Breakfast average.  Reception staff quite friendly.

Very dirty (moldy) room. Very dirty carpet. Very dirty blanket - black inside. Very tiny room. Cannot accomodate two 22inch suitcases. Not well trained service - someone directly open the door with keys and claimed checking minibar. good location - 3min to the sea, and we enjoyed very good sunset and sunrise. Very good front desk Ms. Mellisana (forgot her name - but the one with bright smile and lip ring). Good breakfast. Wouldnt recommend friend or came back again for this hotel - cannot believe it's 4 stars.

Located on the street of Copacabana beach, this hotel is convenient, clean and safe.  Enjoy the breakfast on the outdoor terrace. The staff was professional and helpfu, providing recommendations and arranging transportation.  What an outstanding place

The location is good and safe, the breakfast is very traditional, staff is kindly, room is clean and comfort, generally is good and satisfied.

The room had a fantastic view, directly facing the beach. The hotel offers beach services, providing complimentary lounge chairs and parasols. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, making communication easy. Overall, I was very satisfied!

When booking this hotel, you need to manage your expectations. I booked a "luxury, ocean view" room for over $200, which was okay, but the problem is, it wasn't worth the price. It was just a $100 room, or even less. The room was small overall, and a large tree blocked the view of the ocean. My biggest complaint was the front desk staff; they weren't helpful, and their service attitude didn't match the price.

The hotel is in a great location, just across the street from the beach. It's very convenient to watch the sunrise and go to the night market and bars. The room is very small, and you can't even spread out your suitcases. It's best to choose a room with a sea view, otherwise you can only see the building next door when you open the window in other rooms. The hotel lobby is not big, and the front desk service is average. There is a shower room at the entrance of the hotel, which is convenient for washing after going to the beach. The breakfast restaurant has a good view, and you can see the blue sky and beach not far away.
