I was only there for one night. Hotel is a little bit old but it’s a good location with good staff. Bathroom and beds ok

The breakfast is good, but parking is difficult. It's also close to the beach, but there are a lot of homeless people downstairs. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Overall it's good

Room on the 16th floor, sea view, top. Professional service, very good breakfast, very good bedding.

Expensive hotels quality price compared to other places in the world

The hotel is beautiful! Super well located. We were very well received and attended to. Breakfast is perfect! Lots of delicious options. The entire staff is very polite. I can't wait to go back!

Excellent service in a hotel excellent location, but I went to make a maid reservation one day and saw the wrong day attendant consultant value on the hotel's website and said mine was cheaper I did it like this, I didn't even notice the mistake and she didn't care there either the rest is history

Clean and well maintained. Staff very attentive and helpful. Just one block from the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

We need a late check out and they said they had no room to do so. Said the only room available was a business class made us to pay a lot just to stay couple hours more and after I paid they said I could stay in the same room. No offense but I thought they were thinking just about getting more and more money. Next time I will book an overnight even though I won stay because that ended up so expensive for us. Plus we won’t stay at that hotel next time.

The hotel was great. It is not on the beach, and the area is a bit noisy and congested, but that's Rio.

Location was really convenient . Supermarket and laundromat very close by which was handy as we stayed for 12 nights. Staff were friendly , polite and always helpful. Small pool upstairs but cozy quiet getaway with views . Gym -needs and update . Treadmills old and the elliptical wasn’t working.

Loved the comfortable king size bed, small balcony with a view, accommodating staff
