I was at the hotel for two nights and I didn't like the room because there was a problem closing the balcony door and so there was a lot of noise from the street. Another thing is the towels, which were very old and had a lot of threads coming out, and the breakfast was also weak. For a hotel of this level, I expected a service but it was delivered much lower than expected.

Had a lovely stay at PortoBay, can be little bit lound over weekend , but we did not mind. Rooms are OK size, clean Staff is very polite and helpful Views from the rooftop terrace where the pool is is stunning The hotel had a beach area with sunchairs and towels, so we used this one morning, boys working on the beach are very polite
