Lo staff è eccellente, il sorriso di Rodolfo ci ha accolti sin dal primo minuto e con la sua simpatia ha saputo rispondere a tutte le nostre richieste. La struttura è bella e la posizione è nel mezzo di Copacabana ad un passo dal mare. Il quanrtiere è tranquillo, sicuro e vicino alla metropolitana utile se se vuole andare in centro.
nonostante la struttura sia funzionale ad una vacanza con amici consiglierei di effetture delle manutenzioni al rooftop dove c'è al piscina ed un rinnovo dell'aria condizionata - un po' troppo rumorosa - e del mobilio in modo da essere ancor più accogliente verso gli ospiti.
Per il resto ci siamo trovati molto bene. Anche la colazione è super con degli inservienti sempre pronti ad aiutarti in tutto.

The air conditioning was very old and noisy, the maids were inattentive, they didn't change the towels even leaving them on the floor, they only sent clean towels when we asked the reception.

Excelente localização. Perto do mar, lojas, farmácia, restaurantes e muito mais . Pessoal muito cortês e prestativo, limpeza perfeita do quarto, quarto com tudo que você precisa para uma excelente estadia, chuveiro com jato excelente, cama muito confortável, frigobar e cofre disponíveis. Excelente opção para instalar todos os botões de luzes e ar condicionado, logo na cabeceira da cama. Café da manhã de boa qualidade. Piscina na cobertura, com espreguiçadeiras e guarda-sóis, além de sauna e sala de musculação A única coisa negativa para mim foi o barulho ensurdecedor do ar condicionado quando ligado

O atendimento foi excepcional! Mas o hotel é bem caidinho, ar condicionado manual e sem controle, rente ao teto, precisei levantar algumas vezes durante a noite e subir no banco para conseguir mudar a temperatura. O box ainda é com cortina e não blindex, a cortina estava suja e com bichos. Piso descascando. Um travesseiro fino por pessoa. Sem acústica, muito barulho do trânsito, porque tem varanda. Café da manhã com poucas opções, só tinha uma opção de bolo.
