Easy location. At the beginning of Copacabana, so, coming downtown, you won't go through the hellish traffic of the neighborhood. Shower takes a long time to heat up, waste of water is huge. Dripping faucets.

* Personnel d’accueil très amical et accueillant * Petit déjeuner varié et copieux chaque jour. Quantité et qualité présentes. * À notre arrivée, la poussière n’avait pas été faite dans les tiroirs et sur le sol. Les jours suivants seul le balais était fait par terre (reste de sable au sol). Il n’y avait que trois cintres pour une chambre quadruple pendant une semaine. Il manquait des verres pour les brosses à dents. Pas de téléphone dans la chambre. Deuxième jour la poignée de la porte vitrée de la douche est tombée car en très mauvaise état. Les rideaux aux fenêtres étaient tachés. * Employé de salle utilise la même pâte pour nettoyer la table ainsi que pour nettoyer les couverts pour les prochains clients. Fait constaté 8 jours d’affilé. Les miettes de table tombent sur les chaises et ne sont pas nettoyées. Nous retrouvons des couverts sales autour de nos assiettes. * Fenêtres et murs de la chambre non insonorisés. La porte d’entrée grinçait beaucoup ! On entendait également celles des voisins. Très désagréable. Évalué en 1998 comme un 4 étoiles supérieurs, aujourd’hui ne vaut pas plus que 2 étoiles.

The stay was disappointing, they put us in another room, old and unrenovated, there was dirt in the corners of the furniture, a super old bathtub, which didn't look good even for taking a shower, I went to the hotel reception to complain, and they didn't they did nothing.
