We loved the structure of the hotel with an excellent location.

Great installation, polite reception and staff. Super comfortable beds, clean room.

It was my first hotel stay, I was treated very well from start to finish. The facilities are super new and timeless. The gardens are very beautiful, everything is very well looked after. The food is impeccable, the staff make you feel at home. I highly recommend it.

I loved the stay, my only negative was about parking having to be charged if you didn't get tickets at reception and I found it a little confusing to find places inside.

Nothing else. They sell it as if it were 4 stars, but it definitely isn't. It's not bad, but it's not worth the price. Breakfast with few options and what was available was not very good. Room much smaller than it looks in the photos.

Very noisy air conditioning, room doesn't have proper lights, location close to the street and there are no ear protectors in the hotel. Lots of motorcycle noise. Very weak coffee with few options.

The place is wonderful.... The service is out of the ordinary... The food served is very good...

Bem aconchegante, tudo limpinho e novinho. Só não gostei muito do travesseiro e da luz para maquiagem no banheiro é no quarto é bem ruim. Não dá pra enxergar nada.

Hotel Bom, quarto limpo, cama aceitável. O ponto fraco é o café da manhã, ainda abaixo do nível do hotel. Tudo muito básico.
