Agua não esquentava, estava variando, pintura das paredes sujas(quarto 307), barulho da rua e dos quartos ao lado , , elevador sujo, funcionários com péssimo atendimento, café da manhã ruim: café com gosto estranho, suco de pozinho, ovo mexido aguado.
Por esse valor, FUJA! Tem opções melhores na Barra.

I had an amazing stay at Ibiza Barra Hotel. Nobody spoke any English and I don't speak any Portuguese, so there was definitely a language barrier, but all of the staff were so amazing and so patient while I tried to translate. Particularly Ezequiel was amazing, he was very friendly and helpful and we were sad to have to say goodbye. If I ever visit Barra again I will be looking to book here!

Adorei o hotel, inclusive não entendi as avaliações que deram um número relativamente baixo (no Rio de Janeiro), pois ele entrega muito bem o que promete, e pela região que está localizado, vista e proximidade da praia, achei que é um valor muito justo. O café da manhã é incrível, muito gostoso e variado. Se o hotel continuar assim, com certeza quando for para o Rio de Janeiro novamente, ficarei nele.

Não gostei , sobretudo pq o valor da diária é de hotel, mas parece pousada simples. Não é custo x benefício pois valor é alto e não condizente com atendimento, conforto . Sem frigibar, água tem que pegar na recepção mesmo valor de 5,00 .

Pelo preço pago esperava mais. Infelizmente não ficamos com a vista para a lagoa, Mas de frente com a janela do quarto ao lado. Quarto estreito, limpeza é basicamente a arrumação e problemas com a tv a cabo, Mas fora isso , os atendentes foram atenciosos e prestativos. Dicas Agências de turismo não buscam nessa região- se quer turistas procure centro ou região sul.

Ao chegar na hospedagem me deram um quarto sem vista pra lagoa conforme adquirido, após pediram pra aguardar 30 minutos pra trocar para o quarto com vista, mesmo assim me deram um quarto sem varanda, apenas sacada, mas pelo tempo, prefiro não pedir a troca, a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, devido a ter cabelo no chão do banheiro, e o café da manhã começa tarde, precisei sair cedo do hotel por conta de um voo, e não consegui tomar café pois só começa após as 7h e não as 6h como a maioria dos hotéis. É um hotel razoável e dentro do custo que ele oferece, se não fosse os quartos errados diante da reserva feita, que foi mais cara, seria uma avaliação melhor.
