Localização central. Piscina e bar bons. Prédio antigo com muita reforma sendo realizada. Andares mais altos ja modernizados. Buffet no jantar bom e preço justo. Café da manhã bom.

Gostei de tudo, porém interfone não estava funcionando, oq dificultou muito o recebimento da minha comida, tento em vista que o recepcionista recebeu meu pedido e ficou com ele 3 horas sem me avisar e eu sem comer e cobrando do restaurante um pedido que foi entregue e não me repassaram !
Outro ponto importante é a imensa fila para conseguir fazer check-in e checkout

O hotel é bem localizado, no centro do Rio de Janeiro, porém é um pouco antigo, apesar de ter alguns quartos já "modernizado", as roupas de cama, toalhas, cobertores deixam a desejar. O cafe da manhã é muito bom e diversificado. O hotel conta com 02 elevadores, no entanto, já faz mas de 1 ano que um deles esta quebrado (ou se consertaram, quebrou novamente), visto que estive no hotel neste período.

Um dos elevadores sociais tava quebrado, e precisava esperar muito pra subir desde que chegamos. Pedi berço no pedido especial, porém o quarto tava sem, e precisamos esperar por ele até 23h pedindo várias vezes na recepção embaixo porque por telefone ninguém atendia...
Os pratos no café da manhã estavam mal lavados, encontramos casca do ovo algumas vezes em ovos mexidos...
Cobram dinheiro dos hóspedes pra deixar malas por algumas horas depois do checkout (em vários outros hotéis dá pra fazer isso de graça).

Fila enorme para atendimento no check in. Um ou 2 atendentes. Perdi uns 40 minutos na fila.
Não gostei das instalações do quarto como tv e ar condicionado.
O café é muito bom.

Demora ao efetuar o check-in, fora que cheguei às 23 e ainda estavam limpando o quarto, fiquei esperando na recepção praticamente até 00, o que me passaram foi que o cliente que estava no quarto antes só saiu do quarto às 22 horas. Então se eu tivesse chegado às 14 que era o horário que eu já poderia realizar o check-in eu teria que ficar esperando o quarto até as 00? Quando chego no quarto, vejo 3 camas de solteiro sendo que eu tinha reservado um quarto com cama de casal, ligo na recepção e o rapaz me fala que todos os quartos com cama de casal estavam ocupados e que só tinha aquele disponível para minha acomodação, indignação é o nome que eu senti naquele momento, como faço uma reserva pagando referente a um e quando vou receber é outro?
O chão estava bastante sujo, com poeira, os travesseiros são muito altos e duros, e as cobertas chegam a dar alergia. Totalmente insatisfeito com o Hotel, antes de chegar no RJ estava pensando em reservar mais 4 noites, mas agora eu sinceramente irei procurar outro hotel.

O preço é otimo para o custo / beneficio! Hotel fica MUITO bem localizado, porem a estrutura do hotel deixa a desejar, mas os quartos e banheiros são otimos! limpos, amplos, organizados e iluminados! O jantar é otimo, o café da manha é Ok! Compensa pelo preço e localização!
