Os recepcionistas são mal humorados.
O ar condicionado não funciona (solicitei a troca de quarto e a resposta foi que todos os quartos possuem o mesmo problema, devido ao tipo de sistema de ar).
O café da manhã é muito fraco, com produtos de baixa qualidade, além do café em si, que tem um gosto horrível.
A TV tem imagem ruim.
O quarto e o banheiro são espaçosos e o colchão é bom.
Pelo preço cobrado, não valeu a pena.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! Location is great and close to everything you need. Room could have been cleaner. (Found hairs in the shower). Hotel is old but still comfortable, we had a great view of Christ the Redeemer from our room. Walls are thin but we were lucky with the neighbours and had no issues. Breakfast is good, would prefer some more variety as most of it is the same daily.
There is a 10 percent service fee when checking-in that is not stated on trip.com but is on other booking websites, trip.com refunded this fee.

Não tinha vaga para o meu carro, tive que deixar na rua. Os funcionários são atenciosos. O quarto Ok mas o ar condicionado não gelava muito . Ponto positivo : smart TV . O banheiro antigo mas limpo .
Café da manhã não tinha bolo nem pão doce .
