Location is very good. It is close to copacabana beach and subway station. However the male receptions are not friendly. They should smile at the guests.

Ar condicionado muito barulhento, não consegui manter ligado. Elevadores velhos, barulhentos. Luz do corredor do hall dos quartos nem acende. Funcionários pouco simpáticos.

Funcionários com a cara fechada, mal humorados, despreparados. Cobra-se sempre um valor superior ao constante na reserva. Mesmo quando informa “taxas já inclusas” eles cobram tudo de novo. E não adianta argumentar, são arrogantes e acham que estão de fazendo um grandessíssimo favor em te “aceitar” como hóspede. O elevador é velho, agarra, não acende o botão que você solicita. Toalhas de banho velhas já muito desgastadas. Edredom ou cobertor ruins. Enfim, o hotel é péssimo. Ficamos nele por uma necessidade devido à localização por conta de um curso que um grupo de amigos fazemos. Se não fosse por isso, jamais reservaria esse hotel.

非常非常差，硬件設施陳舊就算了，衞生也堪憂，浴簾是發黴的，洗手枱角落臟兮兮，從外面回來發現行李箱全是螞蟻，電腦和床上也有很多。工作人員辦事效率很低，餐廳環境也一般，退房退不掉，不然不會3600住五晚

This is a worst stay. The hotel is dirty and roaches everywhere in the room. Bed sheet looks so unwashed and the room looks so small. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The owner of this hotel need to do a xomplete renovation and hire clean anc capable cleaners that will ensure that rooms are well cleaned.

Instalação ótima, muito bem localizada, em frente ao metrô e as bikes Itaú, que permite ótima movimentação também.
Vista do quarto também muito ótima.
Quarto bem aconchegante para o casal, tirando o barulho do ar condicionado. O chuveiro bem forte a pressão da água.
Alimentação e bebidas no hotel também excelente.
Estádia foi excelente.
