Ao chegar ao hotel nos deparamos com uma fila de 4 pessoas, porém tem 3 recepcionistas a apenas 1 atendendo e os outros 2 batendo papo. O quarto que fiquei precisa de manutenção: guarda-roupa e bancada abaixo da TV se deteriorando, também não havia colcha.

There is a lack of staff to serve all guests... delays in check-in, room without towels, reception does not answer the phone, long delay in getting towels... cleaning of the room is questionable due to the lack of staff. Several people complained about the delay in service.
The breakfast is good, but the hotel needs to improve its service a lot.
