A estadia com minha esposa foi ótima, quarto bem limpo e aconchegante, banheiro grande, limpo e organizado, assim como todo o quarto.
Tudo funcionando, TV a cabo, abajur, frigobar, roupas de cama limpas e suficientes, armário com cofre para objetos de valor.
Café da manhã muito bom com bolo, pães, ovo, frutas, iogurte, geleias, entre outras opções.

O hotel é satisfatório, mas 99% das vezes, minhas solicitações não são atendidas. Unir duas camas de solteiro pra formal uma cama de casal é péssimo de se dormir; alguns quartos como o 509 e o 709, o A/C não possui paletas, impossibilitando regulagem e o 509 está com falta de gás e não refrifegera direito. Faço minhas reservas com antecedência e freqüência.

Me hospedo semanalmente nesse hotel. Sempre peço uma cama de casal e a maioria das vezes me fornecem duas camas de solteiro unidas, o que dificulta bastante meu sono com a minha namorada e desta vez foi a mesma coisa. Pedi um apartamento de frente, com cama de casal e me deram um de fundos, onde tinha um bar com música alta e a cama sendo duas camas de solteiro unidas. Faço as reservas com uma semana de antecedência praticamente. Sempre preenchi o campo específico da reserva pedindo essas recomendações. Estou pagando, faço com antecedência e gostaria de ser atendido.
