Hotel is looking very tired and badly in need of a makeover. Lift doesn’t work which is less than ideal with luggage especially as you have to go up an external flight of steps to reception. Breakfast is very basic.
Hotel is in a good position for walking to both Copacabana and Ipanema beaches.

A lot of fake reviews on this place without a doubt. The man helping with the bags and the cleaning woman were super helpful and very kind. The woman working at the front desk should not be speaking to customers - just awful to deal with and kept trying to scam us for more money. Room is busted up and awful. Needs new ownership and management it seems.

O elevador estava quebrado na recepção do primeiro andar, além de não ter nenhum funcionário para ajudar a levar as malas ou dar o mínimo de conforto para os hóspedes, ja que estava chovendo forte e não são poucas escadas até a recepção principal. Chegando no quarto a decepção foi ainda maior, além do cheiro forte de mofo e manchas nas roupas de cama, o quarto não tinha semelhança com as fotos vendidas no site e além das roupas de cama mofadas (posteriormente trocadas), a cama em si era péssima e a tv não funcionava. O café da manhã era ok.

Fui furtada dentro do quarto enquanto dormia. Me levaram o celular, cartão de crédito e dinheiro. O elevador não funciona é preciso subir pelas escadas "do portão que dá o acesso à rua até o interior do hotel". A LImpeza deixa muito a desejar, tanto nas áreas comuns como nos quartos e banheiros. Não têm leçóis de cobertura, somente lençois de proteção dos colchões. As fechaduras das portas são fracas. O hotel está localizado muito próximo da.favela di Pavão, portanto os táxis param distante da entrada. A governança sequer se interessou em me ressacir do meu prejuízo, gestào nota ZERO.

Very cheap hotel and service. Unfortunately, we checked in and paid for 5 night stay and checked out 1 hour later of arrival. The pillows were brown and gross and instantly had some flee or bug bites in that short timeframe. I found a flee on my phone when i went to pick it up after placing it on the counter. I was modified. Not to mention the lock on the door wouldn’t lock and we had to call the maintenance officer in the first minute of arriving through the door. Receptionist refused to give the money back as apparently one hour was too long in the room. Very upset and ended up paying for another hotel for the week.

Absolutamente nada. Desde q llegué, q hay ascensor y no funciona. La recepción es horrible. Las escaleras con escalones de madera q parece se viene abajo, la puerta sostenida con un tarro de pintura o******. La habitación sin sabana ni fundas, tuvimos q usar nuestro toallon, la cama super chica para dos, eran las 23 hs y no podía irme sino lo hacia. Tengo fotos q demuestran. Pedí q me cambien y me dijeron q no tenían otra. El desayuno peor q malo, no había fruta, ni jugos solo pan, jamón y queso. No pudimos dormir en toda la noche. Un suplicio

Cuidado! Evite este hotel ! O hotel tem vários problemas de infraestrutura, manutenção dos ambientes , quartos e segurança. O elevador estava quebrado sendo o acesso por uma escada íngreme, cadeirante ou pessoas com pouca mobilidade e quase impossível! Nos quartos problemas como torneiras frouxas, infiltração, cortinas rasgadas, limpeza precária. Não há sinalização de saída de emergência, portas corta fogo entre os andares. Apesar da boa localização não vale a pena !
