Amei conhecer a casa tuxi! O ambiente é uma gracinha e a dona é super atenciosa, nos sentimos muito bem recebidas. Além do fato de ser um hotel de inclusão psiquiátrica Com certeza voltarei mais vezes!!

O lugar tinha de tudo para ser top dos tops, mas, falta cuidado, limpeza, o trabalho de inclusão de pessoas com problemas psicológicos é maravilhoso e de fato nunca tinha visto em outro lugar, os empregados são educados, prestativos e muito simpáticos, falta direcionamento apenas, o café da manhã infelizmente não agradou, leite servido frio e poucas opções e outro ponto que considerei o mais grave, foi que a piscina fica ligada a madrugada toda, não sei se esqueceram ligada ou se é politica da pousada deixá-la assim, mas, foi difícil pegar no sono. A pousada é muito bem localizada, tem de tudo um pouco próximo, mercados, restaurantes, etc... fica só uma dica para a proprietária, que direcione melhor seu time...

Reservei um quarto com 3 meses de antecedência. Assim que cheguei, o mesmo estava alugado para outras pessoas e queriam me colocar num quarto de serviço minúsculo sem banheiro, com a trança arrebentada, atrás da lavanderia. Isso por mais de 300 reais.
Funcionários bons, mas mal informados e já iriam me cobrar pela segunda vez.
Tive que ir embora do local pois não tinham outro quarto e não me realocaram, isso as 22h de uma sexta feira.

O hotel é acolhedor. Os funcionários educados e prestativos. No entanto, ficamos na suíte 10 e as 4h da manhã, duas mulheres chegaram, subiram a escada e sentaram nas cadeiras em frente à janela do quarto e simplesmente continuaram conversando como se fosse 16h da tarde. Um total desrespeito! Pedi silêncio e nada fizeram….. Após uma hora, finalmente voltamos a dormir (5h da manhã) Como se não bastasse, As 8h em ponto colocaram música alta na piscina e fomos novamente acordados ! Uma pena ! Música que deveria ser ambiente e não de boate. Uma noite que eu achei que fôssemos descansar e não conseguimos. Percebemos que Não existe preocupação com o silêncio em nenhuma hora do dia ou da noite. Café da manhã razoável. Nota 6. Não volto mais !

O projeto de inclusão é bem legal e o time é amigável. Por outro lado, barulho de manutenção e problemas durante a estadia. Cama sem lençol, quarto em que o wifi não funciona direito, a luz acabou por um período, a estrutura é antiga e falta manutenção, espaços sempre molhados propensos à proliferação de dengue e alguns outros incômodos que devo estar me esquecendo agora.
Se eu tivesse pagado um preço de hostel para estar em um quarto compartilhado, aí tudo bem. Só que eu paguei quase o preço de uma estadia no ibis. Era melhor ter ficado no ibis, inclusive.

Terrible management, bad conditions. This is not a hotel. This is a hostel. Pictures on the website are different from the offered rooms. During my stay, I felt a strong smell from the toilet drain. If you want a room similar to those pictures, you are charged extra. During my stay, a guy from reception took of his shirt and stayed like that for hours. Area near the pool is very cute, breakfast is nice. On the other hand, I wish I could have my money back.
