O hotel é muito agradável e bem localizado. Nosso quarto foi limpo todos os dias e as toalhas trocadas. O checkin foi rápido, fomos muito bem acolhidas e recebemos toda atenção da equipe. O café da manhã é servido com itens variados e frutas frescas. Gostamos e pretendemos voltar!

O atendimento foi muito bom. O quarto tem vazamento no ar condicionado que tbem faz um barulho estranho. A TV em alguns momentos perdia a cor. O café da manhã estava muito organizado, tinha muitos itens saborosos, mas como ficamos 1 semana não havia variedade dos itens. Todos os dias era o mesmo cardápio, variando apenas os bolos e um ou outro item. Mas tudo muito saboroso. A limpeza era superficial e durante a semana não trocaram o lençol, apenas as toalhas. O bar só tem drinks. Cerveja só a Brahma, não tinha energético e os itens do frigobar e cestinha são caríssimos.
O telefone não funcionou em muitos momentos, o controle da TV estava muito ruim para pegar os canais e a luz do quarto queimou no primeiro dia. São manutenções simples, que se forem feitas constantemente deixam a nossa estadia mais agradável, agrada o cliente e cliente mais satisfeito indica o hotel para outras pessoas, logo há uma rentabilidade maior.
Mas o acesso é bom, os funcionários são muito educados, o ambiente é organizado. E o chuveiro quente é maravilhoso, que delícia de água quentinha, com forte pressão. O banheiro é top. Eu voltaria novamente se precisasse, mas sugiro ao dono essas melhorias para tornar a estadia melhor ainda.

Ótima localização. Café da manhã razoável, sem muitas opções. As instalações são antigas, e apresentam um pouco de cheiro de mofo. Mas o ar condicionado funcionou bem, o que foi muito bom, pois o tempo estava muito queste.

We believe that breakfast can be improved. The variety of products was great, but the quality of some items left something to be desired.

The receptionist service was adequate, breakfast service was disappointing, the young man didn't seem to care and was looking at his phone most of the time while the older man seemed to be doing everything...the food didn't seem fresh and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. Our room had a bad smell and there were stains everywhere I looked both inside the room and the general hotel.
