Very good hotel. Well located facing the beach. A little far from Ipanema and Copacabana beaches but metro station 700 meters away. Staff attentive to customers.
On the other hand, for a stay of 10 days, regarding half-board, no choice between evening or midday. Only in the evening. the dishes hardly vary from one evening to the next.
Hearty breakfast for any tourist (Anglo-Saxon, European, Brazilian, etc.)
Spacious room. Magnificent view of the ocean.
Small downside: unheated outdoor swimming pool (in June)

The staff was very unmotivated, little cleanliness in the common areas, the restaurant service was very bad and the waiter service was also bad.

The Hotel is simply incredible! I've been there other times, but I'm always surprised! Friendly staff, perfect breakfast! Super fast and prompt room service. And the room was impeccable! The view is wonderful, there is no way to get tired or sick. I will definitely be back more often!

Decent hotel . Not a 5 star but a decent 4 star . Missing some bits to be considered as a 5 star.
Shout out to fernando and marcio who were excellent staff round the pool . Making sure our drinks were full and always with a smile .
Also Monique are cleaner was excellent and attentive to our requests.
Reception staff that done our check in and check out were very good as well.
Found it slightly odd all the sales people trying to sell time shares all over the hotel .
Breakfast staff were great and happy . The evening staff not so much .
Overall it was a good stay and good value for money
