Falta limpieza , mantención y personal , volvimos a la habitacion a las 16 hrs y no estaba hecha, en recepción no se habían dado cuenta .llaves electrónica fallaban todos los días . No habían toallas ( tuvimos que pedir 2 días ) , TV con desperfecto.
Ubicacion buenísima.

Отель очень понравился! Внимательный персонал, хорошее обслуживание, чистые, светлые номера, а еще и просторные! Есть два больших зеркала во весь рост (обожаю). Расположение удобное: до метро, до пляжей Ипанема и Копакабана по 5минут пешком, рядом есть рестораны, магазин продуктовый.
Завтраки подают вкусные в формате шведского стола. Я насчитала 10 видов фруктов и ягод!

Não é uma experiência de hotel 4 estrelas. Arrumação do quarto não foi feita mesmo ficando boa parte do dia fora do quarto, a troca de toalhas teve que ser solicitada duas vezes, após chegar da praia e não poder tomar banho com toalhas limpas (e mesmo a nova que trouxeram veio manchada e seca como uma lixa), o ar-condicionado das áreas comuns (hall de entrada e área do café) ficou dois dias sem funcionar nos dois dias mais quentes do ano no Rio, e o café da manhã é bom, mas nada espetacular. Quartos com cama grande e instalações boas. Wi-fi ruim.

Falta manutenção no hotel. Quarto que ficamos a maçaneta que abre a janela estava quebrada, o quadros brancos do painel em volta da TV caindo, a banheira não funcionava e colocavam material para bandeira como sais de banho, água do chuveiro fica parada dentro da banheira mostrando ralo entupido, barra do elevador quebrada, etc…
