衞生環境不好，到處都是頭髮！空調壞了等了一天也沒人修，大夏天悶着，前台和經理的態度都是糊弄為主，換了房間後洗手間地漏還下不去水，水漫金山，不值這個價格

酒店位置不錯，附近有超市，有shopping，離景點也近，停車也方便（很貴）。房間較小，感覺沒30個平方，床非常的軟，不舒服。

We have been traveling for 6 weeks through South America and this was our favorite hotel. We had a room with a view overlooking sugarloaf and it was fantastic. Definitely recommend this hotel. Close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was great. Certainly enough options. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Ivan at the rooftop bar, he was wonderful. Always ready to help.

Amazing stay! Marvelous room with a great view of the bay! Fantastic shower and roomy bathroom. Hotel smells great too! Services are of a top quality! Very attentive personnel everywhere in the hotel! Only point to improve in my view: bed could be a little softer. Overall a wonderful stay!

Fiquei impressionado com o bom atendimento de todos os empregados do hotel. Falo da piscina ao café. O serviço de quarto é impecável e os empregados tratam os hóspedes pelo nome, o que demonstra um atenção muito pessoal. Estive hospedado em muitos outros hotéis, mas não me recordo de nenhum outro com tantas qualidades Tudo muito limpo, tudo bem cuidado e os empregados sempre solícitos O interior do prédio , notadamente a recepção, bem com o restaurante são ambientados com ramagens naturais. As pinturas e tudo mais remete ao meio ambiente natural. Tirei muitas fotos e tenho o propósito de recomendar o hotel aos meus amigos e parentes. Nesta cidade, encontrar um hotel com a qualidade do Yoo 2 é uma agradável surpresa. Q Tenho a satisfação de recomendar as empregadas Fernanda ,Denise e Raiane como detentoras de imensa simpatia, amabilidade e disponibilidade para servir. Também não tenho o nome na lembrança, mas a camareira do 1201 , entre os dia 14/20 merece o meu aplauso e obrigado. Felicito a administração do hotel por administrar uma equipe tão prestativa e atenciosa.
