Atendimento péssimo!!!!! Procurem opção melhor para nao se arrependerem!! A acomodação não conseguiu processar as informações de TRÊS CARTÕES DE CRÉDITO DIFERENTES COM AS FATURAS EM DIA e retransmitiu nessas três ocasiões ao Booking a solicitação de atualização de dados de pagamento. Nesse interim a RESERVA FOI CANCELADA SEM AVISO PRÉVIO E IMEDIATAMENTE DISPONIBILIZADA PARA OUTRO HÓSPEDE!!!!! Para finalizar, ao entrar em contato com a atendente LUCIANA, representante da hospedagem, replicou a reclamação com a seguinte afirmação: "Eu sei que este não é o seu caso, mas você sabe que muitas pessoas informam dados falsos de cartões", uma clara insinuação de que eu poderia ser uma golpista estelionatária! Enfim, esse tipo de atendimento demonstra que, independente do serviço prestado, este estabelecimento não merece divulgação em um site de tanta credibilidade quanto o Booking. PROCUREM OUTRO, PARA NÃO SE ARREPENDEREM COMO EU ME ARREPENDI. Já havia programado toda a minha rotina e de minha família para um final de semana agradável e tudo o que consegui foi estresse e falta de respeito.

I confess that I was scared by the negative comments here, but I was positively surprised by the hotel. I stayed in the Gávea junior master suite and I have nothing to complain about! The room/bathroom was clean, fragrant and organized. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Luciana, who welcomed us. The hotel restaurant is also super cozy and has a delicious shrimp pastry!

Extremely beautiful hotel, with attentive staff. Like most properties in Santa Teresa, the terrain is steep, so this hotel has rooms on several different levels, but the views of Guanabara Bay, Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer are sensational. The hotel's cuisine is good, but if you want Logo dos Guimarães, the neighborhood's bohemian center, it is 10 minutes away by car.

One day this hotel was really cool. But that day is far from today. Far away. You look at the photos and imagine that you will find the same thing you saw. Can't find it. The hotel in general is in a state of poor maintenance at all points: reception, swimming pool, sauna, restaurant... they changed the name to Santa Vista... nothing changes... the name of all this continues to be poor conservation... towels, bathrobes and linen old and hard bed... the hot tub was filthy, I had to wash it... heating the water and filling the hot tub is a struggle... worth it for the view, the food that was good in the restaurant and the breakfast. And that. It's not worth the price.
