Check-in took a long time! The employee who served us is an elderly man, very slow and without any empathy. The employees on the day were more cordial and agile! The hotel is sufficient for those who are only spending one night. Room with moldy walls, rusty bathroom trash can. A man managed to open my door, which was locked with his electronic key, which was from another room (detail: I was wearing panties and a bra) I reported it to reception and nothing was done! Positive points: hotel smell and shower!

I called to collect and the order only arrived after the restaurant closed, at 10:30 pm. I ordered a steak sandwich and the meat wasn't even steak. It arrived cold and tasted terrible. Das Casa Nova Hotel ist in einer okayen Gegend gelegen. Es gibt einige gute Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Trotz des kostengünstigen Angebots was das Hotel bietet, ist es das Geld ganz und garnicht wert. Direkt nach dem Check In wird man in ein Zimmer gebucht, welches viele Defekte Dinge hat. Lampen und Leuchten die Flackern. Unangenehme Gerüche etc. Nach Absprache mit der Rezeption wurde man umgebucht in ein anderes Zimmer. Das Zimmer war befallen von Schimmelpilzen. Eine unvorstellbare Unhygiene. Sowas in einem Hotel ist wirklich ausserordentlich Schreckhaft. Die Auswahl von Essen beim Frühstück hält sich in Grenzen. Die Qualität des Essens ist auch unterdurchschnittlich. Beim Essen wird man dann von den Mitarbeitern gehetzt und gestresst sein Teller abzugeben obwohl nicht einmal fertig gegessen wurde. Absolut nicht zu Empfehlen.

La ubicación no es mala pero siempre es recomendable andar con ojo por los alrededores, especialmente de noche. El área de Lapa tiene una buena vida nocturna y una oferta de ocio y restauración variada. Desde el hotel se puede ir caminando al viaducto de arcos de Lapa y a la escalera Selarón, entre otros lugares. Las instalaciones son modernas y cómodas. En la azotea hay un bar y una piscina que le dan un punto extra al hotel. El restaurante está muy bien y el desayuno es bueno, aunque no el mejor que he probado en un hotel de esta categoría. Me encontré cáscaras de huevo en los huevos revueltos. La habitación es moderna, limpia y confortable. El colchón es cómodo y las almohadas eran un poco blandas para mi gusto, pero estaban bien. En general, creo que este hotel es una buena elección si quieres moverte por esa zona de Rio de Janeiro.

Limpeza péssima, só um elevador funcionando com fila de espera … restaurante demorou demais e a qualidade da comida não era essas coisas. Ar condicionado barulhento , 6 da manhã tocou um alarme muito alto no corredor que acordou todo mundo. Pelo preço cobrado conheço opções de hotel bem melhores.
