Nice hotel. Could be a little cleaner. Light switches were dirty and room was dusty. Bathroom had grime built up in spots. However still cleaner then other hotel’s in the area.staff is always pleasant and helpful.

They really need to get their
housekeeping drpartment in order. Our shhets had nloodcstainsbon them and so, instead of changing ourvroom, someone brought up new shhets for us to remake our bed . UNACCEPTABLE. There was a gum wrapper on the rug, dust on the lamps and no soap tray in the bathroom. Thevremotecwas filthy. I intend to inform their corporate office .

I had an early morning flight out of Charlottesville and I wanted to find a hotel that had shuttle service available in the early morning. I had called and spoke with someone who said they had 24 hour shuttle service and all I had to do was tell them at check in what time I needed the shuttle and they would make sure that it was available. When I checked in, I asked about shuttle service and was told that they had availability starting at 7. I explained this wouldn’t work because my flight was at 6am and I would have to be there about 445 to check in. The front desk worker just shrugged her shoulders and told me I’d have to call a Lyft or Uber. Being a single woman with a young girl with me, I was very worried about doing this and disappointed that I had called several hotels to find this one that had 24 hour shuttle service and now that shuttle service I was relying on was gone. The hotel rooms are very dated. The door to the bathroom was missing screws so the door was hard to open and close.

Front desk staff was the worst Ive ever experienced. Had a billing problem after check out and was hung up on when I inquired about the issue 2 days later... which was in the hotel's error, not my own. I wont be booking here again.

There were minor problems with our rooms bathroom area that were an eyesore but did not affect the use of the bathroom. Pool was warm and it pleasant to be in.

Let's see, I originally booked for 4 nights. "Oh, since you are here more than 3 nights, we won't clean your room until after the 3rd night." Fine, IF THEY ACTUALLY CLEANED OUR ROOM! On the 4th day, we informed them that no one serviced when they said they would. They said they would service it on the 4th day. NOT! I told them that no one serviced the 4th day. "Oh, I apologize. They will do it tomorrow. " Upon leaving on the 5th day, I reminded them to service the room that day. Upon arrival that night, NO SERVICE. Garbage is overflowing the small wastebasket.
