Mosca varejeira durante refeição no bar dos ventos hotel cristal.
Comida fria, em especial o filé, no bar dos ventos hotel cristal.
Arroz duro de ressecamento no jantar, à noite no bar dos ventos.
Picado por formiga na área das espreguiçadeiras da área VIP da praia do cerrado.
Suporte pra carregamento de celular quebrado na área VIP da praia do cerrado.
Atendentes não removem lixo deixado nos balcões dos bares no parque das fontes, em especial à noite.
Acho que se paga muito pela qualidade do que oferecem.
Promotores de vendas de pacote de plano de férias inconvenientes, ao nos abordar no saguão do hotel.
Falta de papel para enxugar as mãos no banheiro localizado no saguão do hotel cristal.
Ficamos total e profundamente desconfortáveis ao sermos pressionados e “forçados” a comprar plano de férias da Aviva VACATION Club, sem chances para refletir e analisar o que estava sendo oferecido.
Constrangedor.
Lamentável.
Cancelamos contrato dentro dos 7 dias que a Lei de Desefa do Consumidor assegura.

O atendimento da Maria da Silva … é muito divertido… Estão de Parabéns !!! Uma excelente colaboradora .. nós estamos hospedados no Hotel Cristal, também tivemos a oportunidade de conhecer a Katilane, Uma pessoa muito boa, E minha filha pediu para ela um creme de leite para colocar no doce de figo e ela trouxe, muito legal, gostamos muito delas.

O Bar dos Ventos do Hotel Cristal tem atendimento impecável, especialmente o Marcos Fernandes e a Layane! Eles são simpáticos e atendem super bem! Os drinks que ele prepara são excelentes! E o cuidafo e carinho da Layane no atendimento são nota 1.00! Por encontrar pessoas assim que trabalham por amor é que sempre estou no Rio Quente Resorts. Venha viver essa experiência!

Na hora de vender pacotes da AVIVA vc recebe champagne, atendimento ágil, mas na hora de utilizar é muito difícil, demora não atendimento ( passei 9 horas no zap), fora isso me ofereceram algo e depois me ligam cancelando e dizendo que não podeia ter feito. Eu estou desconcertada xom tamanha desorganização e mentiras. Não caiam nessa como eu cai.

O atendimento no restaurante pelo garçom Cairo foi excepcional. Menu variado no restaurante e de ótimo sabor. Parques e flores muito variadas e transfer muito oportuno. Acolhimento leve e agradável em todas as dependências com ótimo serviço de quarto

Ficamos no hotel Cristal por 4 dias e super recomendo. O hotel é novo, quarto grande, confortável e com acesso fácil a todas as atrações do complexo (a cada 15 minutos passa um transfer que fica circulando). Tem uma copa baby que disponibiliza frutas e leite o tempo todo. Nos dias em que fiquei sempre tinha banana, maçã e pera. As atrações são muito boas tanto para adulto quanto para criança. Meus filhos (3 e 8 anos) aproveitaram demais o hot park. Todas as piscinas do hotel e parques são quentes, ambiente bem familiar.
