Quality Inn

The exterior of the building looked a little rough, and so I was quite surprised to find that the interior was clean. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was exceptionally well kept. If you're looking for a reasonably priced room that meets your needs and is well located.This is your choice! Really,nice staff!

Good things first: The rooms were clean and free from bugs. The air conditioning worked as well and wasn't too loud. The breakfast buffet was standard but adequate. The pool/spa was completely empty and being used as a storage location for spare parts, furniture, and appliances. Some reviews mentioned this but the property is still advertised as having a pool. This needs to change. A side door leading outside the property had to be closed in just the right way in order to lock and was frequently left open and unlocked which is a significant security risk. The employees were pleasant, but not very good at communicating or explaining policies or understanding concerns due to poor English comprehension. Overall, this property does not provide an experience worth the amount they are charging. I've stayed at locations that charge half as much for better quality.

There isn't a pool as advertised with Hotels app. The clerk said they have informed third parties. I was disappointed. Breakfast was fine; lots of choices. If you like strong coffee, you won't like the coffee. The room was comfortable with lots of bed pillows, clean towles, sheets, etc. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Staff is wonderful and helpful. Property is outdated and needs upgrading. But it is very clean. Our bed was comfortable, air conditioning was great, breakfast, same every day, but enough to get you going. For the price and location for me, it was great. Target, Albertsons very close by. Applebees,Italian place with excellent salads within a short walk. I would stay again for the proximity to my family.

The food was awful. Had to go to McDonalds for coffee.the coffee at the hotel didnt even taste like coffee

The property is a little dated but that did not deter from making this stay simply wonderful! Everything was clean, all electronics worked, the sheets were soft, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay and will recommend to a friend.

We had family with us and the staff couldn't be more accommodating to us. After having trouble with door locks, we were skeptical of how our stay would be. However, we always felt their willingness to be helpful and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was pretty clean. It was the most basic possible hotel ever. The guy that checked me in was way sketchy. He made me sign 3 different things. I was trying to read one of them and he was like “just sign here” I could not hardly understand anything he was saying. I booked a first floor room as I had my baby and other young child. They gave me a second floor room. I asked the same guy at the front desk and even showed him my reservation and he said sorry there’s nothing he could do. I had to carry all my stuff up the stairs while holding a baby. Also there’s no elevator. Least accommodating staff ever.

They do have a pool but it is used as a storage area. This facility is very basic. It is very clean though.
