Great hotel for families with the extra space and kitchen area. The staff gave great customer service. Needs some updating but the price is reasonable so we would definitely stay here again.

You can hear everyone talking in their rooms, and when you walk the room looked it was a make shift room with a horrible spring bed! And to top it off when I took a shower cockroaches came out of my tub drain. I clothed myself grabbed all my belongings and asked for a refund and the guy stated it was thru a third party so he could not help and also tried to get me to understand that the roaches don’t hurt you!!!

Great hotel and staff, however, breakfast was not provided, only coffee. Otherwise great stay.

The absolute hardest bed ever felt like a sheet stretched over a board then figured out you have to order a coffee maker the day before to get one in the morning. We ask for one in the morning it never showed up. Worst stay ever!

We stayed 10 days as we transition from selling our home and relocating to Puerto Rico. It provided the comfort and convenience we needed. The suite was very clean and efficient.

Barking dogs were an issue when owners went out and left pets behind. Breakfast should not be called breakfast. Coffee and granola bar. Otherwise all was good. Not very soundproof, so use your earplugs.

We chose this hotel because we were traveling with our dog and it states it was pet friendly.

The place was convienient to other places we were driving to. The place wasn't very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was no housekeeping or fresh towels. Apparently, there was breakfast- no one told us. Large, barking dogs going in and out of the hotel & rooms. No one met us @ the front desk upon arrival, or any other time. We had to ring a bell & wait for a person to come out.

Very loud with vacantly, bed not fully furnished didn't have any blankets, pillows left on couch, window shade didn't work. No pool when the website said they had one.
