Tout le confort minimum que l on a besoin pour un voyage douche wifi télé clim dans un espace optimisé et rien de plus.

Comment vous dire ? Jamais vu ça… Alors que nous nous sommes arrêtés pour recharger notre véhicule électrique, et que nous avons l’habitude depuis 2016, d’être bien accueilli par les hôtels partenaires de Tesla, quelle surprise de nous voir refuser l’accès aux toilettes !!!! Quelle honte !!!! Le monsieur de l’accueil devrait prendre des cours de courtoisie. Le B.A- BA de l’hôtellerie Petite précision nous étions avec des enfants. Quant à la propreté sur le parking, je vous laisse juge avec les photos….

Quand vous arrivez personne à l'accueil il faut vous rendre à l'ibis pour prendre possession de sa clé. Pas très pratique avec ses bagages. Chambre propre, literie convenable,store d'occultation laissant passer la lumière. Toilette très étroite. Le lavabo se trouve dans la chambre. La douche pas très grande, quand vous prenez votre douche vous inonder la chambre puisque la porte ne descend pas en bas et absence de joint. Le petit dejeuner est très correct c'est juste la pièce qui se trouve petite et pas d'intimité pour parler pas beaucoup de table. Amabilité pas au rendez vous le matin à 6h30 par le personnel. Place de parking tres étroite

Les prestations payées ne correspondaient pas aux prestations attendues : - pas d'eau chaude, - oreillers de pierre qualité _ des téléviseurs, mais pas de télécommande pour les allumer La seule réponse de la personne a l'accueil était 'ah bon', et est reparti vider son lave vaisselle... Aucune excuse, qui me semble être un minimum. Sans compter les pleurs d'un bébé toute la nuit, chambre qui était pourtant très éloignée de la nôtre, mais aucune isolation phonique dans cet hôtel. Je suis habituée aux hôtels du groupe Accor, et c'est la 1ere fois que je suis déçue.

I changed my booking from Valence to Clermont Ferrand North as this hotel was now nearer my route to Dieppe. I was very surprised how good the staff were in the hotel. I arrived late and all was sorted at the desk in the IBIS next door. The room was very comfortable and quiet and very clean. I requested Gluten Free breakfast and the bread was ready and waiting for me. The breakfast was excellent and have had far worse in very expensive hotels. As a budget hotel thos one is very difficult to beat.

ik vindt het niet normaal dat wanneer je gelogeerd bent in ibis budget ge geen eten zoals pizza of kaasplank kunt krijgen bij Ibis . Tijdens mijn vorig verblijf eind augustus was dit wel mogelijk en was het zelfs aangeduid in de lift. Dit was zeer spijtig en zeker geen pluspunt voor het personeel van 16 september. Wij moesten naar de concurentie.
