Table étoilée Michelin délicieuse et généreuse.

Beautiful structure surrounded by greenery, very well managed with care and passion. Clean and tidy environments. Reception staff really prepared and kind.
Only two observations, one on the logistics deriving from the practically adjacent railway tracks and it takes a few hours to get used to the passage of trains, the other on the staff who clean the rooms who, arriving in the morning, were noisy and cackling with facts, waking me up.
We will definitely go back also because the starred restaurant deserves more than one visit.

Wonderful place, the spa pool villa immersed in a splendid citrus grove, from which you can see the sea on one side and Etna on the other. Very kind and courteous staff, excellent breakfast, and on the evening of the overnight stay we enjoyed chef Raciti's gourmet pizza, an ecstasy for the taste buds.

Hôtel situé dans une orangeraie magnifique rénovation très moderne avec des matériaux et du mobilier haut de gamme, spa et piscine magnifique, Petit déjeuner correct mais pas très généreux, personnels charmants et aidants, restauration sur place étonnante alternant pizza ou étoilé Michelin selon les jours le gos bémol de cet hôtel est la ligne de chemin de fer qui passe à moins de 30 m derrière l hôtel et qui est malheureusement très active avec environ 3 trains à l heure à partir de 5 h le matin

Bella la location, il personale della reception gentile, accogliente ed educato. Abbiamo fatto il percorso benessere più il massaggio, abbiamo aspettato nello spogliatoio perchè la struttura prevede un massaggio alla volta, la cabina del massaggio sicuramente era un ripostiglio adattato a sala. Abbiamo cenato in struttura, le pietanze ok, il servizio ai tavoli lascia a desiderare, perchè vogliono essere precisini, Tu non puoi toccare le bottiglie di acqua e vino, però per aver versato qualcosa nei bicchieri puoi aspettare anche 15 minuti. La colazione sarà abbondante, ma devi chiedere tutto, i camerieri sicuramente usciti di scuola le cose gliele devi ripetere più volte, e certe volte fanno finta di dimenticarle. Secondo me il prezzo pagato per il fine settimana non li vale.

L’hotel si trova a pochi minuti dal centro di Riposto, immerso in uno splendido agrumeto, curato alla perfezione. La struttura è dotata di camere situate nella casa padronale e di camere dal design moderno immerse nel verde, alcune delle quali, con piscina privata. Noi abbiamo scelto la “UNIQUE SUITE” composta da tre ambienti: un salottino, bagno e camera con grande terrazzo e vista mare, la cui particolarità consiste nell’avere una generosa vasca da bagno circolare in camera da letto. L’hotel è dotato anche di una piccola SPA (si accede, su prenotazione, in non più di 6 ospiti alla volta), situata nell’ex cantina della villa, la cui piscina è realizzata con pietra lavica dell'Etna. Ottimi, energici e rilassanti i massaggi associati dall’aromaterapia. Personale cordiale, discreto, professionale e molto efficiente. Unica pecca, che abbiamo evidenziato solo al termine del soggiorno, nella nostra camera (la numero 4) si udiva persistentemente un ronzio generato (forse) dalla cappa d’aspirazione della cucina. Ciò malgrado, siamo stati benissimo. Grazie

Locale e struttura da sogno. mi sono recata diverse volte presso questo hotel, camere molto belle, spa molto curata. Il ristorante stellato quindi da apprezzare sicuramente. Massima delusione per il personale della reception, desideravo prenotare un ulteriore soggiorno ma sono stata costretta a disdire. Hanno cambiato il prezzo di una camera nel giro di una notte e quando ho chiesto spiegazioni mi hanno riferito che loro non hanno un listino di prezzi standard, ma i prezzi variano, così come i biglietti aerei da un momento all’altro! mi sono trovata spiazzata e molto delusa da una struttura del genere.per 40 € hanno perso un cliente e sono caduti veramente in basso. Che gran peccato una delle migliori strutture gestita da un personale così scortese. Mah

Pessima esperienza da dimenticare. Avevamo questo hotel nei nostri desiderata da tanto tempo. Abbiamo preso la suite con sauna e bagno turco. All arrivo troviamo la camera a temperatura esterna e siamo rimasti con i piumini indossati per oltre 30 minuti. La sauna personale tiepida dopo 1 h di accensione. Riscaldata con pompe di calore con un rumore da reattori di aereo. Abbiamo chiesto il room service per il bambino che voleva cenare alle 18, disponibile solo dalle 19.30. Per terminare il nostro incubo, avevamo chiesto la colazione da portare. Ci hanno fatto aspettare 20 minuti per scaldare 2 cornettini mignon surgelati e per poco non si facevano perdere l aereo. Peccato che certi posti siano gestiti così!
