Stayed at Hotel Sterling Palm Bliss and I had a fantastic experience! Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service. I have come to expect a certain level of service, but I must say that my experience surpassed all expectations. Each meal I ordered was not only delicious but also delivered promptly and with great attention to detail. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations, and it truly made my stay more enjoyable and convenient. Moreover, I had the pleasure of interacting with one of your staff members, Saloni, who went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Her professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction I had with her. She is a true asset to your team and deserves recognition for her exceptional service. Based on my recent experience, I can confidently say that Sterling Palm Bliss will be my preferred choice for accommodation whenever I am in Rishikesh. Excellent stay with very nice and cosy rooms with very supportive and extremely polite staff and with a special mention of the restaurant staff - Ms Saloni... truly appreciate. Overall a very memorable and nice tour. Would love to come again

The service rendered by Ms Anchal ***dral was really excellent and she really took good care of all of us especially my 81 year old Mother who was got really fond of her service levels. This resort is really blessed to have people like her to take care of the guests
