Naturoville Ayurvedic and Yoga Retreat by OpenSky

I haven't stayed in the resort as had a very unfortunate talk with the GM sales during my booking inquiry of two rooms. According to me using words like " bhaiya" it's highly unprofessional and sometimes he was rude and unwilling. I was addressing him with sir and he was using "bhaiya". If sales team are such then I wonder how are the others so can't comment much as u can easily imagine. However ***y good choices in the vicinity choose wisely.

Stayed at Natureville Resort Rishikesh Room 103 I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this resort, I was charged exorbitantly extra overhead Charges upon arrival, well above the listed rates. They cheated and charged me even more then what u book from any other sites like make my trip, Agoda etc Upon entering the room, There was no water served, I was appalled by the unhygienic conditions. The toilet and washbasin were broken, there was not even tissue papers and toilet seat was ever cleaned as there were so ***y cob webs, and on top of that they say hotel is completely booked so that u can’t ask them to change the room with lot of filth in the room which they refuse to clean even on requesting , the room was cluttered, doors and handles were broken and damaged, and the bed sheets were infested with moths. The presence of mosquitoes only added to the discomfort. The pool was disgustingly dirty, there was no bar service, and the breakfast quality was abysmal with only leftovers available. There were no fruits or proper food options for kids. Adding insult to injury, when I requested milk for my 3-year-old after 10 pm, I was informed that the kitchen was closed. This lack of basic services makes it unsuitable for families with small children. Moreover, the resort failed to provide information about medication, meditation, or Ayurveda services upon request. When I asked for a room change or clean bed sheets, the staff dismissively stated that nothing could be done. To make matters worse, both of my kids fell ill with stomach issues after consuming the resort's food, highlighting the unacceptable hygiene standards. I will be attaching photos to this review to illustrate the deplorable conditions that future guests should be aware of. Overall, this resort is a complete disappointment, with numerous issues regarding basic amenities and cleanliness. If u want to throw your money in the garbage, go to this resort. They don’t even serve clean water nor bisleri, and they charge heavily on bisleri bottle for drinking

Crazy experience loved the ambience supportive staff , aesthetic pool area , nice hospitality , and the room are quite good , surrounding so beautiful and the lobby ambienece is also vey beautiful amazing staff love the ambience lovely staff special thanks to pawan bhai

- One of the best location and environment. - Rooms are spacious and super clean. - Each and every staff member is so humble and prompt, really loved the service. - Amazing food quality and taste, every food item on the menu is a must try. - Ayurvedic doctor Shweta and yoga instructor Anil are the best. Really enjoyed the sessions.

I have never felt so celebrated as a guest, you guys made my 10 day stay memorable with your unmatched hospitality- TOP NOTCH service, always welcomed and served me with a smile. Everything was simply perfect and I could not have wished for a better experience! You all are a credit to your professions. Thank you for always accommodating my requests. I extend my warm thankfulness to Dr. Shweta & team for designing the therapies program provided to me which were very calming & authentic- to my 2 therapists, Mrs. Uma & Mrs. Sangita you guys are the best and made me feel relaxed! To the Food & Beverage department- thank you for presenting such flavorsome foods, health drinks and tea. It was so nourishing and so mouth watering. My meals wouldn't be special without your delectable dishes. Thank you Mr. ***ish for making the booking procedure very easy over the phone! It was a great experience. Felt a new perspective on health and Ayurveda. The treatments are excellent and the staff is very professional. Dr Shweta is very well experienced. The massage therapies were perfect. I got to learn the root cause of the problem and then give you the planned treatment for the same. I saw good results during my first week of stay at Naturoville Ayurveda Center in Rishikesh. According to my experience, it is the Ayurveda retreat in Rishikesh

While the resort is good but the food in the resort restaurant PRANA leaves much to be desired. All the dishes taste the same , whether you eat Indian Chinese or Continental. The cooks are perhaps local and not trained for different cuisines. So whatever you eats tastes like the other. The ***agement should train their cooks for different cuisine so that the food becomes more authentic.

Naturoville is beautiful wellness retreat with lush green and hygienic ambience They have knowledgeable & very good Ayurveda doctors for treatments .The therapies based on ayurveda are extra ordinary and customised according to each person . Warm and courteous staff of therapists , housekeeping and kitchen staff. Would love to visit again soon !!.

This was my first time at a Ayurveda Spa and I was very happy with the treatment we got , I highly recommend to anyone . I lost weight and was followed very well on a regular basis by a doctor . I was very surprised to know that there was so ***y different massage involved . People were super nice and food adequate for what you have to loose . Would love to go back again ❤️
