We had booked the hotel via the mobile number mentioned on the official website, paid 50% advance via UPI for 2 apartments for 2 nights. We were a group of 9 and When we reached the hotel, our excitement dampened upon learning that the apartments were not a property of Aloha but just a neighbouring building and we could not avail any facility at the property, not even the morning breakfast. All the more worse, it was an agent whose number is mentioned on the website and this particular agent had reserved only one apartment for our group. We had the online receipt of the booking of 2 apartments for 2 night, breakfast included, but the management completely denied all the accountability. We obviously created a scene, called up on the same number, the men of the family were furious, but ultimately we all 9 ended up in one apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, we were provided with extra beddings. There is also an attached kitchen with microwave, some utensils, kettle and an induction cook top. Of course the location is excellent, the serene beauty of the mountains with the Ganges flowing is amazing Do visit the property, but be careful with your bookings. We have learnt the lesson the hard way !!

I stayed 3rd time with aloha the ganges with family in Rishikesh. Because of this hotel Service . The Housekeeping team and other department had done exceptional job throughout our stay. Specially Lakhmi from Housekeeping is very hard working and very helpful and take caring.

The best place to stay, surrounded by beautiful mountains & on the banks of River Ganges. Staff team there are so very attentive & always going an extra mile to make us feel welcome. Especially Vipin, such an amazing person & very very kind too.

I had great experience at Aloha the ganges Rishikesh. All staff people were very polite and gentle. Always smiley and good gesture. They were asking again n again if we are comfortable and if having any issue. Housekeeping Staff Lakhmi was very polite, Take caring and very hard working for her work and very cute 🥰. Thank you team Aloha the ganges Rishikesh team☺️☺️

My overall experience with Hotel Aloha the Ganges at Tapovan, Rishikesh was very good. The staff was very helpful in every way possible to provide the best service to their guest. Especially Ms Lakhmi was there to help you provide with the best experience you can have there. I have noticed her work that was outstanding. She was very welcoming to each and every guest. I rate my stay as 10/10.
