5 points that we faced in our 12 hour stay- - they gave opened mineral water bottles. - the room walls weren't clean
- the room ac was ancient with no temperature setting
- the toiletries had no match with what a hotel rated 4 star would provide
- the food was good but room service calls went unanswered.

For the price paid, the rooms offered were smelly and there was ongoing maintenance work with strong paint smell. Disappointed!

It was really terrible experience staying there everyday same breakfast no fruits. And sometime the key does not work have to go down for help. When i asked for water they refill the water bottle. The room service guy enter without knocking the door used his key card and i was not wearing anything.
