Gostops Rishikesh, Lakshman Jhula

goStop was oversold to me by my friend. I had very high expectations but unfortunately fount it to be very average. Didn't understand what's the hype around it is all about. I had one or the other problem in my bathroom throughout the stay and their service was very slow.

It was my first solo trip and it didn’t feel like one. I met the coordinators at gostop who turned into family in no time. They were so welcoming and the other staff too were amazing. Felt like home at gostops. My experience was super good, would highly recommend others to go to this place too.

It was amazing to be part of such a place, it is the best place and the hosts were amazing, love to revisit some time soon , keep the crazy vibes alive :) 10/10 recommend the place for solo travellers.

Absolutely loved the experience. The interior, ambience, staff and vibe is unmatchable. Made some really good friends here and it’s perfect if your travelling solo. Coordinators were really sweet and I’m happy I got to meet such great souls. I’d 10/10 recommend Gostops to anyone who is visiting Rishikesh or any other place✨

Best place to stay in Rishikesh.... Neat n clean rooms.... Super helpful staff.... Great views from every room balcony... Amazing experience .... Terrace n common rooms are some of the best parts... Loved it...

A hell lot of negative points for this place. Staff is not at all polite. Basic hospitality is poor. Food doesn’t seem fresh. The dorm rooms are super tight, they could have given a little more space. Lift not working properly so guests are at their own risk. Terrible location, it’s very difficult to reach there if you are going by car. Checkin system is too complicated. The only good point is cleanliness

Worst stay. Don't go for this go stop. It's too costly compared to other nearby Hotels. No room service available in the Hotels. If you are with Family don't ever try to go for this stay. You won't be able to carry your luggage. Their mobile number is also not listed in. If you raise any concern in their app they are least Bothered. Don't go for this go it's better to STOP

Amazing hostel I reached during my rishikesh trip, whoever coming to rishikesh don't miss this place, I feel the vibe of reaching kedarnath holy trip, hostel has amazing common area, meditation hall, cafe, especially their potato cheese balls, panner sandwich, hostel has good hosts to shubam(badusha), gilebi(karnika) they are wonderful, I felt like found a holy place.

1. MOST IMPORTANTLY, this place is at a very steep height from its entrance on main road and its is not disclosed anywhere...half path is kaccha road & half is long stairs. So everytime you have to move out there is a climb...NOT Recommended for Families with kids, of heart or BP issues 2. There is no resort number published even on their website so that you can call them down for help incase of baggage. 3. It is located on a on a one way road, so if you come from the other side using Google maps you have to walk 500 mts on a uphill road 4. They absolutely have just 2/ 3 things to eat 5. We faced a water problem for a day & the staff kept lying to us till the next day & then changed our room 6. Few rooms are just touching the adjacent houses &. They do not organise anything unlike Zostel on weekdays, they do not even guide to the taxi stand next to them 7. It is close to Laxman jhula, which is closed so everything else is very far off & location is absolutely INCOVENIENT 8.Will not visit it next it next time, not worth the money
