It was an amazing stay for 3 nights with my family. Great location, beautiful views, Ganga view rooms, great staff. They have inhouse restaurant and bar for enjoying night life of Rishikesh. Everything about the stay was exceptional. It was clean, roomy with excellent service in rooms.

Rooms are not clean and very dusty. Many issues, sometimes water is not there or electricity. Not at all good to take family as loud music is played till late night. Food quality is also pathetic, specially they serve frozen non veg food which is not hygienic and smells bad

Great stay at swiss cottage by oscenox rooms were clean staff was trained property was having in house restaurant and bar. I enjoyed my stay at this property with my partner and would recommend anyone travelling to Rishikesh have a stay at Swiss Cottage.

Hotel location is nice where distance to ram jhula and other temples are not far. View from hotel is amazing which river gang-es flowing in front. Staff is helpful and mr rahul on desk is a useful person with contacts for rafting and cab booking. Food in restaurant is nice and quality wise it's neat and hygiene. Hotel doesn't have a lift, few upgrade would make it more attractive. Exhaust in bathroom, better cleaning in bathroom, door mat inside room and near to bed, sofa covers to be cleaned.

Rooms very very bad condition and geyser doesn't work in any rooms. We had two rooms and both had some issue. Also the overall conditions were bad. . Cafe s okay types.
