房間乾淨整潔。5月的阿里還很冷，酒店房間的地暖非常給力。
另外，特別要表揚酒店的服務。我退房的時候，不小心把華為手錶落在房間了。之後聯繫酒店工作人員，他們熱情地幫我找到手錶，並且當天幫我快遞到家。
體驗到如此好的服務。真心感謝酒店👍👍👍

新酒店！硬件很好！服務要跟上！管理有待提高！房間地暖太熱了，開窗睡覺如果拉窗簾又不通風了，但是開窗後對面的足療招牌把整個院子照得宛如白晝！睡覺就光污染嚴重！軟件優有待提高！

之前沒太懂，為什麼在這個地方，維也納的評分衹有4.2分。後來我終於明白了，這個酒店屬於給4分吧，對不起自己，給個3.5分不冤枉它。
一、設施不行
1.吸氧設備寫的是彌散，實際是插管式，噪音很大，夜裡吵的睡不着。
花這麼多錢為啥？不就是為了搞個彌散式嘛？
2.地暖不能關，不能調。夜裡熱的要死。
3.房間很多設施有問題，例如把手，花灑，我相信阿姨肯定反饋過，但這麼久了，為什麼沒人修？
二、服務奇差
兩瓶水喝完了，讓他再給一瓶，告訴我要收費？
我的天，窮瘋了呢，二星酒店都搶着送水，這還號稱五星？

在日土這種小縣城，能有這種連鎖酒店就非常不容易了，價格四百多，應該是非常不便宜了。沒有其他選擇就是唯一選擇。
