We kwamen de lobby binnen lopen en het zag er veel belovend uit. Om 15u mochten we de kamer in. De muffe geur, kapotte tv, los stopcontact en bad zonder stop was nog te overzien na een reis van 15 uur toen viel er TIJDENS het douchen een losliggende oude, reeds vervangen douchestang op mijn voet! In eerste instantie probeerde de manager het te verwijten aan de schoonmakers en een licht excuses. Hier ging ik uiteraard niet mee akkoord. De stang had op mijn hoofd kunnen vallen. Uiteindelijk kregen we een suite aangeboden dus goed opgelost. De bedden liggen heerlijk. Koffie zit er niet bij. Zelfs bij de suite zat een vieze waterkoker met rotte melklucht en überhaupt geen koffie, alleen 2 theezakjes. Het ontbijt was goed. Diner moet je reserveren! Er wordt bij de receptie alleen gezegd dat diner tussen 19 en 22 is. Er zijn 3 plaatsen per tijdslot dus reserveer of ga zoals wij een paar kilometer verderop eten.

Airport transfer is easy and great to have included. The hotel room was comfortable, but the aircon was not particularly effective. If I went at a hotter time of the year it would have potentially been a problem. Breakfast was excellent. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Die Angestellten sind sehr bemüht, aber überfordert. Es spricht kaum jemand Englisch. Uns fehlte ein Handtuch, es gibt keinen Fön auf dem Zimmer, die Ausstattung ist stark abgenutzt, kaputt oder defekt. Im Bad gibt es keine Steckdose, die Zimmer sind hellhörig. Für den Hund werden pro Nacht 30 EUR fällig, es gibt zwar ein kleines Präsent und auch ein Körbchen, steht aber in keinem Verhältnis…110 EUR im DZ für 2 Ps. + Frühstück 30 EUR für 2 Ps. + Hund 30 EUR pro Nacht. Die Halbpension on top für 24,90 EUR pro Person, das ist zu viel für eine Übernachtung und diesen Service. Im Restaurant haben sich Gäste über das Essen beschwert. Den Laden dort schmeißt ein Angestellter, der morgens da war und bis spät in die Nacht…was die anderen machen ist unklar. Personal ist genug vor Ort, aber an zufriedenen Gästen sind sie nicht interessiert. Nebenan ist ein landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb, wem das nicht gefällt, der sollte woanders hinfahren. Die guten Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen…wir kommen nicht wieder.
