Posto molto tranquillo e ben tenuto. Ideale a chi piace stare in relax.

Sito con ottime potenzialità, ma sia la camera che le attività erano a "mezzo servizio". Forse solo un po' di sfortuna. La piscina interna, ad esempio, non poteva essere usata. Poco male. Ubicazione perfetta per visitare l'alto Garda. Accoglienza del personale un po' fredda, poi tutto bene.

Wir hatten gegen Aufpreis ein Doppelzimmer im Neubau gebucht. Selbst der Neubau hatte einige Mängel und schon große Wasserflecken im Bad an der Wand. Das Bad war allerdings gross. Der Balkon war aufgrund der Mücken abends nicht nutzbar, auch nicht mit Zitronenkerze! Das Geld kann man sich sparen. Das Zimmer direkt neben dem Hintereingang war wegen der Automatik-Tür zu laut. Von der Stahltreppe hörte man jede Stufe (Vibration), den Aufgang hätte man in Beton machen müssen! Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist leise und funktioniert gut. Der Aussenpool war sauber, allerdings mußten wir für ältere Handtücher 3,00 Euro pro Stück bezahlen. Kostenlose Stellplätze sind rundum verfügbar, für die Tiefgarage wären für unser Motorrad Kosten angefallen. Altstadt von Riva zu Fuss in 35 Gehminuten erreichbar. Frühstück ist gut gelöst, es gibt eine Karte mit 8 Auswahlmenüs. Das Personal morgens ist sehr nett!! Fazit: Die Gegend ist für Motorradtouren TOP. Zimmer im Neubau hätten wir uns schöner gewünscht. Daher leider nur durchschnittliche Bewertung.

Per il prezzo, è un grosso no. Camere vecchie e mal tenute con sanitari danneggiati ed usurati, impossibile dormire sui quei materassi e cuscini: nota positiva la vista. Sarebbe stato gradito sapere prima di prenotare che la piscina coperta, pubblicizzata come parte della spa, fosse chiusa d’estate. Le porte faticano ad aprirsi per un difetto della serratura. Peccato perché per il prezzo richiesto e la posizione, ci si aspetterebbe di più.

Ottima posizione, le camere nuove sono belle e comode. Meglio quelle ai piani alti e non lato parcheggio. L'Hotel è in una buona posizione per effettuare gite in bicicletta o per visitare Riva DG; inoltre è circondato da dei bei vigneti. Comodo il parcheggio. La colazione è a scelta fra 7 proposte, non male, ma preferisco il sel service.

Beautiful building in a beautiful setting. Overall positive opinion but two notes: the first concerns the slightly dated room in which many annoying night noises filtered through, the second concerns the unavailability of the spa, which we only learned about once we arrived, not exactly correct. For the price paid I would have expected something better. Abundant breakfast
