La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, si trova in centro e da lì è facile raggiungere tutte le maggiori attrazioni della città. Il parcheggio anche se a 5 minuti dall'Hotel è comodo e facile da raggiungere. Le camere sono molto moderne con colori soft. L'unica cosa che manca è la ventola in bagno, per il resto è un 9/10

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel and i must say that I loved it. Rooms are super clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view of the lake from the balcony. Breakast was super and served in a roof top room with breathtaking views. Super location on the lake and close to shops , bars , parking resturants etc. Totally recommended.

Ho trovato il luogo molto accogliente e caloroso, l’atmosfera era rilassante, in oltre voglio dire che hanno una gentilezza fantastica, sono disponibili tutta la notte per qualsiasi esigenza…consiglio tantissimo perché ne vale la pena anche semplicemente per passare una notte serena e tranquilla…ma soprattutto per la meravigliosa vista che ci regala nella sala per le colazioni al quinto piano che fa vedere il lago. Stupenda.

First time in Lake Garda and Riva. All as I expected and hoped for at this northern end of the lake, surrounded by mountains and a beautiful view down the lake. Plenty to do, trips on the ferries to other towns on the lake walking along the old road up the side of the mountain and we hired a car with a fantastic day circumnavigating the lake in a day ,stopping off several times on the way.

My stay at Grand Hotel Riva was wonderful. The hotel location is convenient and has good view. Although the structure is not new, it's well maintained. The staffs if the hotel are very friendly and willing to help.

I was a bit put of with the transfer 1.5hrs but take my word back it was well worth it we got to see some stunning views on our way to our hotel Lots of nice places to eat out quirky little side street with hidden gems then Grand Hotel Riva What a location nice rooms located central to everything The best bit for me was the view from top floor restaurant The view over the lake amazing

Das Hotel liegt zentral direkt am See an der Promenade. Das Grand Hotel 4* lt. italienische Bewertung (nach Deutscher Bewertung gute 3*+). Die Zufahrt zum Hotel erfolgt über eine kleine Fußgängerzone. (Navi sagt vorher abbiegen - was falsch ist!)...Die neu renovierten Superior Zimmer mit Balkon sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Im Bad fehlen noch 1 oder 2 Regale zur Ablage sowie Türhaken zum aufhängen der Handtücher. Die Zimmerreinigung sollte noch intensiver erfolgen. Beheizter Pool auf dem Dach und Sauna /Whirlpool im UG (kostenpflichtig). Die Lobby sollte eine andere Beleuchtung erhalten (Kleine Kronleuchter, andere Möbel/Deko die das "Grand Hotel Ambiente" noch etwas mehr hervorheben. Die aktuelle Möbel/Beleuchtung passt nicht so gut zusammen. Auch etwas mehr mit Pflanzen auflockern. Ist aber "Geschmackssache". Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal überall, mit dem man auch mal einen Spaß machen kann! Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder! Nächstes Jahr soll die Renovierung des Hotels (Fenster verputzen/Zimmer) komplett fertig sein. Frühstück in der 5.Etage sowie das Abendessen auch. Beim Frühstück findet jeder etwas. Das Büffett könnte vielfältiger sein, aber es findet jeder etwas :) Es gibt leider zu viel Süßkram zum Frühstück. Aber ist halt Italien :) Das Abendessen ist hier sehr gut mit viel Auswahl! Man kann das Hotel gut weiterempfehlen!

Just wanted to give you some feedback on our stay with you last week. The hotel a perfectly located with easy access to the town, restaurants and ferry port. We were pleasantly surprised by our room with a balcony and beautiful view of the lake, albeit a restricted view by trees. We were a little surprised that there was no kettle I. The rooms for hot drinks and that the bottled water in the fridge (which was turned off) was charged for, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was plentiful but the hot drinks were disappointing as one of the coffee machines only poured hot frothy milk and the other machine half a cup that was not hot. There was no English breakfast tea available which I particularly missed. The infinity pool is amazing although on one of the two occasions we went there were young children jumping from the sides, causing mayhem by jumping into the pool which was a bit nerve wracking. The views from the pool is spectacular! The staff all seems to be friendly, the property is clean. We would definately recommend and would stay there again.
