Ecohotel Primavera

We booked a stay for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenage children in an ‘executive apar**ent’. The apar**ent itself was clean and tidy but there was only one mirror in the apar**ent other than the bathroom which was tricky with 5 of us sharing one apar**ent. It was not considered to be a ‘room only’ hotel stay by the staff. We were told that it is a separate apar**ent and therefore we had to pay if we needed additional toilet rolls (1 euro each!). By far the most disappointing part of our stay was the continual argument with the hotel reception staff about the air conditioning. The hotel information clearly states that all rooms are air conditioned - which they are. However, we realised the air conditioning is controlled remotely by the reception staff who decide how warm or cold the rooms should be and override the setting you choose. Consequently we had several nights of poor sleep as we were not allowed to turn the air conditioning down. Our stay was in one of the hottest months of the year and we were told that we should just open the windows to let in the fresh air - and mosquitos! We had many utterly ridiculous conversations with the staff who simply could not understand why we wanted to be able to control the air conditioning or have it cooler than 21 degrees at night. They were also inconsistent, sometimes saying that the air conditioning was broken and waiting for an engineer, then saying it was because it was ‘fresh’ outside and that they are an ‘eco hotel’.

Already second time when we come to this Amazing hotel with great staff nice breakfast and good wine. This hotel is pet friendly and kid friendly. My doggy got a beautiful doggie bag with everything you need . The owner is 81 years old and full of life, You can ask her anything and she knows the best places to swim , hike and amazing restaurants, she is just extraordinary.we enjoyed everything this hotel has to offer and didn’t got disappointed. We can’t wait to come back.

We highly recommend you NOT to go to this hotel! We stayed there for 2 nights, family of 5 .we took 2 rooms. The a/c stops automatically during the night, and the heat is unbearable. We opened the windows to get some fresh air but it was very hot outside . and muskitoes entered the rooms. The stuff was not nice at all. We asked for more shampoo bottles but they didn't want to give, 'it is an Eco hotel'. The same with towels I appreciate hotels where the stuff crew is nice to the guests. In my opinion, this is basic.
