Wow, where to start! Riva is a BEAUTIFUL place and this hotel is so well situated, it makes everything so easy to access by foot. Lots of amenities and restaurants nearby, but the hotel is quiet and peaceful! The person who greeted us (Francesca) is a wonderful, sweet person and she made us feel welcome from the second we walked in the door. The room had absolutely everything we needed, and the air conditioning was as cold as mid-winter in Montreal (a good thing in this case). There are extra blankets and pillows just in case you need a little bit of everything. The hotel itself is very German and the restaurant made me one of the best meals I’ve eaten in a long time. Excellent, quick service and delicious Bavarian beer. What more can I say? If you’re looking for a beautiful, quaint, cozy, comfortable hotel, do yourself a favour and book here immediately.

Ambiente molto accogliente e pulito, gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità da parte di tutto lo staff, dai proprietari al personale delle pulizie e del ristorante compreso, un ambiente dove davvero ti senti a casa. 👍😃

Highly recommended. Central position, excellent staff and very tasteful food. I had only breakfast included in the booking but decided to have lunch and dinner in the hotel. And the town is wonderful.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Riva und mitten in einer Fußgängerzone, die man zum Be-und Entladen befahren darf. Die Inhaber sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, so, wie auch das gesamte Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komplett eingerichtet mit Safe, Klimaanlage (die hervorragend funktionierte) und ausreichend Platz. Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert und wir bezeichneten es schon als unseren europäischen Happy Place :-)

Hotel in centro comodo a tutto personale gentile e disponibile camere pulite e molto silenziose .... ottima colazione sia dolce che salato ....insomma super consigliato!!! Sicuramente se torniamo in zona sappiamo già dove andare!!!!

That's what they deserve: a good review. We traveled as a couple with our boyfriend and I must say that they welcomed us with professionalism and courtesy. Comfortable hotel in the center and very clean. Room with spacious bathroom. We also had good meals in their adjoining restaurant. Until next time….

Molto carino, comodissimo per girare la cittadina a piedi. Camere semplici ma con tutte le comodità. Noi avevamo compresa la cena e poiché di primi non c'era nulla di gradimento ci hanno fatto fare fatto una pasta al ragù. Tutti gentili e disponibili per qualunque necessità. Ci torneremo. Unica cosa da puntualizzare qualche biscotto a colazione più che altro per il mio bambino se no per me andava tutto benissimo.

Small hotel in the historic center of Riva del Garda, ideal for getting around on foot and reaching the embarkation point for boats to tour the lake. Clean, very quiet and welcoming. Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast not very rich but good. To go back.
