Wir waren für einen Kurztrip in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr freundlich gestaltet, alles sehr hell. Es hat eine schöne Poolanlage, diese haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Wir hatten einen Ausblick darauf und Ausblick auf den See. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, jedoch etwas hellhörig. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen lecker. Es war abwechslungsreich. Schön fanden wir, dass das Hotel sehr zentral ist. Es gibt einen Ausgang direkt zur Altstadt. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz für unser Auto (Kosten pro Tag 15,- €) dazu gebucht. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir unser Auto während des gesamten Aufenthalts stehen lassen. Das Hotel ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Schiffsanlegeplatz entfernt. Somit kann man täglich Ausflüge unternehmen. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir nach Riva del Garda kommen.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The views are fab and the garden a delight. This is a family run hotel and nothing was too much trouble. It was super clean and quiet, although we could hear talking in the next room. Breakfast was superb with every taste catered, hot food, breads and croissant, pancakes, cereals fruit and yoghurts, ham cheese and salad, even gluten free. We could have apple strudel or creme caramel for breakfast and the coffee was good. The room was compact but modern and good use had been made of space saving devices. We had a kettle on a shelf that slid away. The bathroom door was wide but allowed you to squeeze in past the shower and once closed, the room was adequate. We used the heated pool, which was cool and the hot tub which was warm and pleasant. Many cyclists used this hotel as there seemed to be garaging for the bikes. Best of all there is a direct access from the back of the hotel into the old town, right into the heart of the action and it's only a few minutes walk to the harbour for the water taxi if you want to explore. Ideal. Highly recommended.

Esattamente quel che mi aspettavo in relazione al suo prezzo. Hotel in pieno e senza parcheggio (se non lo si prenota in anticipo) tuttavia ci hanno indicato parcheggi gratuiti a 3/5 minuti a piedi. Camera correttamente dimensionata, troppo calda anche con il riscaldamento al minimo! Ho dovuto aprire la finestra ed era il ponte dell’Immacolata! Colazione molto ricca.

We stayed here for one night in the family suite. The room was elegant and tasteful, the location is very good for walking into town and exploring the beautiful places to eat and see the lake. Great little pool too cool off.

Il posto di per se è molto bello e molto comodo al centro storico, avendo un “passaggio segreto” che ti permette di accedere direttamente al centro in pochi secondi. La struttura sembra ristrutturata e ben tenuta, per pulizia e ordine. Venendo alle note dolenti, non so ancora dirvi della colazione perché sto facendo questa recensione alle 3 di notte. Un’ora fa un gruppo di turisti stranieri è tornata nello loro camere facendo un caos assurdo, facendoci sobbalzare dal letto, svegliando il nostro cane che ha cominciato ad abbaiare. Vanno avanti da un’ora, parlando ad alta voce e sbattendo porte, trascinando mobili. Pareti dunque che sembrano di carta pesta, insonorizzazione assente. Come assente è il personale dell’hotel, che lascia quindi gli ospiti dello stesso in balia della maleducazione altrui. Inaccettabile per il costo della struttura. Poi 15 euro(2 anni fa erano 10) al giorno per un posto auto, dove l’auto entra a malapena e bisogna fare a sportellate per scendere rischiando dunque danneggiamenti. Non torneremo

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und alles war sehr sauber! Wir hatten aber wohl das Pech das letzte verfügbare Apartment bekommen zu haben. Es hat uns leider überhaupt nicht gefallen, da extrem dunkel, niedrige Decken im Eingangsbereich, so dass man das Gefühl hat in einen Kellerraum zu gehen, und die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen und aus unsere Sicht nicht gerade geschmackvoll. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hat somit für uns nicht gestimmt und wir waren mit dem Apartment nicht zufrieden.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel di ritorno in Italia dall'Austria. La nostra esperienza è stata ottima: l'hotel si trova in posizione centrale, con accesso diretto al borgo. La camera era molto ampia, spaziosa, pulita ed arredata con molto gusto. Bellissima la terrazza. Colazione buona, varia e con prodotti di qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.
