NORME ANTI COVID ASSOLUTAMENTE NON RISPETTATE, ne dai gestori ne tantomeno dai clienti, quasi nessuno indossava la mascherina negli spazi interni comuni neppure in ascensore!! Mi sento di dare Due stelle solo per la piscina e l'ampio giardino. Pulizia scarsa. All'interno del ns appartamento all'attico letto singolo posto sotto alla finestra e non spostabile x cui molto pericoloso per bambini ed animali. Due punti luce non utilizzabili ,uno x problemi di presa/interruttore e una x lampada bruciata. NON CONSIGLIATO ad certo punto della vacanza pareva un ostello di quart'ordine.

Stayed a weekend in August in 4, the only plus point was the swimming pool. Apartments decidedly obsolete in terms of furnishings and the building itself, without air conditioning, even if Riva del Garda is always very ventilated, but it was definitely hot in the apartment. Without dishes, refrigerator that did not work, the manager was notified in the morning, then returned in the evening convinced to find the refrigerator restored, but nothing ... justifying that we had the keys .... and use a passpartout right? Nothing ..... replacement of the refrigerator in the evening ... and food to throw away because not properly stored causes malfunction of the refrigerator. Very dirty stairway to the apartments. Too bad because the outdoor garden with swimming pool deserves it.

I put 3 stars only for the friendliness and helpfulness of the managers. For the rest .. apartment with old furniture and very unwelcoming; dirty floor (on our arrival we had to sweep and pass twice with soap and water first of all.), uncovered and recessed electrical sockets, very dangerous since you could see the sparks with the connection. Not recommended if you have small children. Passable kitchenette. Nice outdoor garden with very large and fairly clean pool. Poorly respected anti Covid health regulations. It is worth, in my opinion, to spend a little more, and feel a little more at ease.
