Un hotel con encanto. Nuestra habitación era muy amplia con una terraza impresionante, vistas al lago y a todo el valle. Levant**** ahí por las mañanas ha sido todo un privilegio. Para desayunar, un buffet libre dónde no faltaba de nada, una amplia variedad donde elegir y la cafetería siempre disponible para servirte un buen café. Muy bien ubicado, ya que hemos podido ir andando al centro y un buen acceso a las rutas para ver los paisajes de la zona. Hemos tenido unas vacaciones increíbles, en gran parte gracias al hotel y sus empleados, que han sido muy serviciales y amables en todo momento. Sólo queremos daros las gracias por todo y deciros que ¡ VOLVEREMOS !

Ottima scelta. Se trip advisor lo permettesse, 4,5 pallini sarebbero la sintesi perfetta. Parcheggio comodissimo, check in e check out veloci. Personale gentilissimo e di aiuto. Colazione molto variegata, in un ambiente luminoso e con una bella vista sulla città e sul lago. Camera spaziosa e rinnovata. Piscina (purtroppo un po’ freddino nel periodo del nostro soggiorno e quindi non l’abbiamo sfruttata) pulitissima come tutta la struttura. Dove è migliorabile: sostituire la moquette tecnica con una pavimentazione più moderna. Rimane una ottima scelta per soggiorni brevi o lunghi a Riva, anche usandolo come base per le infinite attività in zona.

Stupenda vista panoramica su Riva del Garda, a soli 5 minuti in auto dal centro, in una posizione tranquilla. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera molto spaziosa, pulita, con un balcone con vista suggestiva. Ottima colazione e personale gentile. Consigliato

Hotel is situated on the top of the hill. Beautifull view from the room. The hotel staff is very very good. Great service. Breakfast is decent. It is better if you have yoir own car. Rooms dont have hot water kettle. So no provision for making tea or coffee in the room

Abbiamo alloggiato una notte nella splendida junior suite, camera super accogliente, confortevole ,molto grande e arredamento nuovo e moderno, con vista lago e piscina super top!! Personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile, colazione abbondante e super assortita... peccato per la piscina e l'idromassaggio che l'acqua non era riscaldata . Tutto il resto super!! Lo stra consiglio per una vacanza rilassante a 5 min dal gentro di Riva!! Vi torneremo al più presto!!

We had a 25m2 booked room, and we got a regular 17m2. At the reception desk, the staff kept saying that this was the room we ordered, but I know it was not the one I ordered via booking. Apart from this situation at the very beginning, everything was fine. Rooms nice, clean, large bathroom. A lot of wasted space for wardrobe (or something) in the room and bathroom. Pitty. Rooms were cleaned every day. View from the balcony of the swimming pool, town, lake and mountains-fabulous. Service at breakfast very nice, polite and helpful. The same breakfast every day, but lots to choose from. Pool water not heated. Free parking, but often full to the last space. Nice hotel, but if I go back to Riva del Garda, I wont choose this one.

Solo il fatto di poter fare colazione con una vista mozzafiato su Riva del Garda, merita. Camere sono moderne, spaziose e pulitissime. Colazione super, naturalmente personale mosto gentile. se devo trovare un difetto, forse l'acqua della piscina un paio di gradi in più non avrebbero guastato

Das Hotel ist wirklich ein Traum. Zentral und gut gelegen zwischen Torbole und Riva. Um dorthin zu kommen, muss man täglich einen Berg auf sich nehmen der sich aber lohnt :) Natürlich mit dem Auto kein Problem. Die Zimmer und das Frühstück mit diesem tollen Ausblick auf den Gardasee sind eine Reise wert. Der Pool ist toll. Das Personal ist nett und kümmert sich wirklich um jedes Problem. Wir haben während des Aufenthaltes das Zimmer wechseln können (wollten einfach doch einen Balkon und den Ausblick) dies war ohne Probleme möglich und wurde unabhängig vom Reiseanbieter direkt vor Ort geklärt. Das neue Zimmer wurde uns dann sogar für einen weitaus günstigern Preis angeboten. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurant die man problemlos zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreicht.
