Sempre all'altezza delle aspettative rispetto al tipo di servizi proposto, ordinato, pulito, personale cortese, animazione coinvolgente per i bambini / ragazzi, spiaggia facilmente raggiungibile, cibo abbondante, con possibilità di grande scelta e di ottima qualità.

L’hotel ha alcuni aspetti positivi, altri meno … tra i pro sicuramente la vicinanza alla spiaggia, la pulizia delle camere, cibo buono, personale molto gentile. Contro camere piccole e datate, senza frigobar, con box doccia a pannello (fai la doccia e allaghi mezzo bagno) moquette nei corridoi sporca e logora, dolci a pranzo e a cena mediocri è sempre uguali, animazione un po’ improvvisata , gestione degli extra poco attenta (noi abbiamo pagato delle bevande in più che non avevamo consumato) spiaggia con gestione un po’ confusionaria . Rivazzurra non mi è piaciuta… non ha una bella passeggiata lungomare da fare la sera, è un susseguirsi di negozi di cinesi o indiani, molto meglio Rimini o Riccione. Sicuramente da premiare la gentilezza dell ragazza addetta alla pulizia delle camere e del nostro cameriere al tavolo.

Bellissima vacanza. Adatto a chi ha bambini . Si sono super divertiti con quello che offre l hotel e il suo staff.. torneremo sicuramente. Gentilezza e accoglienza fanno da padrone, dalla reception al ristorante per finire con gli animatori.

L’hotel è praticamente fronte mare. Qualità prezzo ottimo. Il personale è gentile e super disponibile. Noi simo stati solo 2 giorni ma sicuramente ci torneremo. La colazione è a buffet e c’è un sacco di varietà. C’è la possibilità di prendere le bici gratuitamente versando 10€ di caparra in caso di smarrimento. Super utile. Una bella scoperta questo hotel.

La famiglia Pedrelli è una famiglia meravigliosa. Abbiamo passato insieme a loro 2 settimane piene di divertimento. Complimenti per il cibo ottimo e per l'organizzazione. Il personale è sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, l'animazione al top con dei ragazzi bravissimi che fanno divertire i più piccoli, gli adolescenti e anche gli adulti con tanti giochi e attività interessanti. Abbiamo cantato, ballato,giocato......e tante altre attività meravigliose.Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare e spero sia al più presto.
