Semplicemente top! Ho terminato il mio soggiorno in questa struttura insieme a 5 amici giudicando all’unanimità: ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo dei servizi proposti dall’hotel, per non parlare dell’accoglienza da parte dello staff che ti fa sentire fin dall’inizio membro di una famiglia. Eccezionali la stanza e il bagno, ma soprattutto fantastico il signor Leandro che si è dimostrato gentile e super accogliente! 10/10

Cela fait désormais depuis 4 ans que nous passons une dizaines de jours dans cet établissement. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable. L’établissement est d’une propreté irréprochable ! L’appartement est très bien équipé - gazière, frigo, congélateur, bouilloire et microndes - ainsi qu’une Tv. - Balcons avec étendoir - Garage souterrain sécurisé - Proximité des supermarchés, bouchers et boulangers - Pharmacie et médecin à 100 mètres Accessibilité par bus, train et metromare 100 m de la plage au calme, malgré qu’à deux rues il y ait beaucoup d’animation Superbes vacances grâce à l’engagement de de cette famille qui gère avec amour et professionnalisme cet l’établissement. Nous recommandons vivement !!!

Struttura a gestione familiare a pochi passi dal mare con lido convenzionato stanze grandi ed accoglienti molto pulite con un fantastico balconcino in ombra già da mezzogiorno dove pranzare ben arieggiato perso ale molto cortesi e disponibili. Un'ottima soluzione x chi vuole passare qualche giorno di vacanza a Rimini

Soggiorno ideale per vivere Rimini. la struttura è situata nel cuore di Rivazzurra, luogo molto movimentato alla sera e pieno di servizi. La tranquillità del parcheggio sotterraneo( a pagamento ma a prezzo decisamente minore di altri) è impareggiabile. La pulizia della stanza è ottima. Viene fornito tutto il necessario per il bagno (manca solo tovaglia tavola). la cucina è ben organizzata ed è presente un ampio soggiorno. Bagno ampio con bella doccia; un po’ datata ma aspetto del tutto trascurabile. Camera da letto ampia con molto spazio per le valigie e i vestiti. il tutto viene completato da due balconi, uno più ampio dove pranzare, cenare o banalmente rilassarsi. Infine speciale ringraziamento per la gentilezza del Signor Leandro e sua figlia Claudia. È una struttura a gestione famigliare e si vede che c’è molta premura al far star bene i clienti. Sicuramente un punto di riferimento per il futuro.

Nous avons séjourné dans un 2 pièces famille qui était très bien équipé avec un coin cuisine comprenant un grand réfrigérateur congélateur. La chambre est climatisée. La plage est très proche à pied ainsi que le bus qui relie Rimini à Riccione. Le gérant est très professionnel et à l'écoute avec une grande disponibilité. Il nous avait réservé une place de taille adaptée à notre voiture dans le sous sol, conforme à notre demande. Je recommande cette résidence hôtelière.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento 306 per due settimane, beneficiando della qualità dell'alloggio e degli arredi (i materassi sono nuovi), della sua pulizia, delle biciclette e soprattutto della disponibilità e dell'affabilità dei proprietari. Comodo e sicuro è il parcheggio sotterraneo e l'accesso agli appartamenti tramite ascensore.. La spiaggia è a 100 metri. Da consigliare vivamente.
