Abbiamo deciso all'ultimo minuto di dormire fuori a Rimini e abbiamo trovato questo hotel per caso ed abbiamo preso molto molto bene speso abbastanza poco camera bella comoda con due balconi letti comodi. Il check out alle ore 11.00 molto apprezzato. Colazione buona.

Abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel per 3 giorni per una breve vacanza di famiglia. Devo dire che il personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta. È posizionato in modo centrale ma lontano il giusto dal caos. Infatti a piedi in circa due minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere i vari lidi, bar , ristoranti. Le camere, anche se non sono insonorizzate (unica pecca), sono PULITISSIME e ampie. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio navetta che ci ha permesso di lasciare la nostra auto in un parcheggio avendo la possibilità di riprenderla tutte le volte che volevamo, così da evitare lo stress di cercare il parcheggio. Ottima la colazione molto varia dolce salato frutta e verdure insomma per soddisfare ogni palato.

In terms of service, Hotel Stresa goes above and beyond. I was welcomed with a refreshing glass of ice tea. The check-in was simple and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my whole stay. The hotel itself is family run and you can really feel like part of the family during your stay. The breakfast is great and there’s plenty to choose from with the pastries/cakes changing daily. Even Prosecco if you fancy! I stayed in a single room which is small but equipped with everything you could need. For me it was perfect and the bed very comfortable. It was cleaned every day. The room can be quite noisy as you hear other guests moving around the corridor but the hotel is very transparent about this and states on the website that the rooms are not soundproof. Within two minutes you are at the beach and the main road which has many bars, mini markets and restaurants. Bikes are available at your disposal which are really handy. It’s only a 25 min cycle into the centre along an easy road. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay Hotel Stresa!

Appena arrivati ci ha accolti viktoria e con la sua gentilezza disponibilità ( the e biscottini anche) siamo andati nella ns camera confortevole e soprattutto ben pulita ( complimenti allo staff pulizia camere)... buono l indomani anche la colazione..le ragazze in sala correvano a più non posso avendo a che fare con tutti i clienti contemporaneamente...complimenti. un appunto unico potrebbe essere quello di trovare uno " spunto" per migliorare alcune fasi di organizzazione...ognuna dovrebbe avere un compito ben specifico... dal rifornire il buffet, alla cottura del salato, alla sistemazione dei clienti ...e cmq veramente brave e operative.... ottimo staff la fortuna del hotel. Grazie

Struttura pulita con tutti i confort ,personale disponibilissimo in tutto.mi sono sentita coccolata già subito dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione ,perché sono stata contattata subito tramite whatsapp per sapere se avessi bisogno di qualcosa.al nostro arrivo di notte il ragazzo che era alla reception è stato solare e ci hanno offerto 4 bottiglione d’acqua come ben venuto.stanza confortevole. Colazione sia dolce che salata.Questo hotel è gestito da persone professionali che tengono al cliente.veramente mai ho trovato così tanta gentilezza e pulizia .grazie mille

Hotel pulito con staff gentilissimo e disponibile alle richieste; soggiornato in camera quadrupla + culla, la stanza è risultata comunque agevole nei movimenti e condizionatore sufficiente a far trascorrere notte agevole in un periodo veramente caldo. Colazione con prodotti vari e assortiti e soprattutto frutta fresca di stagione

Prenotato alle 18 di un sabato sera di inizio Agosto per spezzare un viaggio Nord-Sud e fortunatamente avevano ancora una camera libera con letto matrimoniale, 1 letto a castello e 2 balconcini. Non enorme ma per 4 persone ( di cui 2 bambini) adeguata e abbastanza spaziosa. Essendo stati solo una notte non abbiamo potuto apprezzare la cucina se non la colazione, che è varia e abbondante. Ma la cosa che ci ha favorevolmente colpito in positivo è stata la gentilezza di tutto il personale ma in modo particolare di Federica, la ragazza che ci aveva risposto al telefono in fase di prenotazione e che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo con 4 tazze di tè e dei biscottini, oltreché una bottiglietta di acqua per ognuno degli ospiti. Sinceramente questo tipo di accoglienza non è semplice da trovare neanche in strutture molto più rinomate e stellate. Il prezzo assolutamente nella norma e adeguato ai servizi offerti. Da consigliare e ne terremo sicuramente conto qualora dovessimo tornare a Rimini. Ivan e famiglia.
