Don’t normally do reviews but we were disappointed with a few things. Front desk staff were disinterested and unwelcoming both at check in and departure, more training required! Internet was very poor by modern standards. So slow unable to complete work tasks. Others have complained but apologies will do little to fix the problem. Breakfast staff might benefit from a little more training, checked in, asked to take our seats and then nothing ! Had to search for someone to eventually produce some coffee. Nice hotel, lovely location but staff training needs a boost.
