There is no water heater in the room, and I won't give it if I ask for it. Parking is inconvenient. The bathroom is not good, there is no place to hang towels. There is only one curtain in the shower

Vivo e lavoro in Ticino. Vengo qui ogni volta che posso, perché mi sento in vacanza, a due passi da casa. Camere ampie, pulite e con una splendida vista sul Lago. L’hotel è vicino alla stazione ed è dotato di tutti i sevizi per un ospitalità in piena regola, oltre ad essere vicino al centro e sulla passeggiata sul Lago. Tempo permettendo si può fare colazione sulla terrazza, ma anche in caso di freddo o maltempo la vista dalla sala interna non è da meno. Colazione dolce e salata per tutti i gusti, molta attenzione anche a richieste speciali (intolleranze, allergie) e proposte ad hoc per vegetariani e vegani. Il ristorante al suo interno ha una proposta gastronomica Gourmet, con grande qualità e sostanza. La stessa proprietà ha altri locali adiacenti sul lago con proposte gastronomica varie e con un trattamento speciale agli ospiti dell’hotel. Qui, il mio momento preferito è al tramonto, con le sue luci che si riflettono sull’acqua e donano ancor più magia a questo luogo. Consigliato per le vacanze e anche solo per sentirsi in vacanza.

Wir sind seit ein paar Jahren jedes Jahr mindestens einmal in diesem Hotel zu Gast. Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber gefällt uns sehr gut und das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und in der Gastronomie sind die meisten auch nett. Leider hat diese Hotel einen negativen Punkt bezüglich Hotelbar! Das ganze Jahr sowohl im Frühjahr, Sommer (bei schönstem Wetter) Herbst, schliesst die Hotelbar bereits um 23:00 Uhr! Man ist hier, weil man Urlaub hat und möchte auch nach dem Essen noch ein Schlummertrunk nehmen, aber leider nein ist hier nicht möglich. Das ist sehr schade und ich denke eine Hotelbar sollte bis um Mitternacht geöffnet sein. Das wäre ein Punkt, den man jedenfalls ändern sollte.

Ich verbrachte einen wunderbaren Tag in Locarno, buchte erst gegen Abend und habe ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Seesicht erhalten. Das Zimmer ist sehr grosszügig, ausgesprochen sauber und super gemütlich. Das tolle Frühstücksbuffet machte den Aufenthalt schlicht perfekt! Grazie mille!
