My wife loved that it cleaned and close to stores also kept up also employees were available when needed

This Hilton hotel is worthy of the name, the details are good, the location is right next to the highway, and the traffic is convenient. It is a 10-minute drive from the desert Ole. The swimming pool, gym and laundry room are all available. The American breakfast is rich. Coffee, apples and bananas are available at any time. Many foreigners, especially the elderly, who travel with dogs are very humane. The accommodation deposit is charged at $ 20, which will be refunded immediately after check-out.

Breakfast is typical American, may not be suitable for Chinese, there is a big supermarket opposite, you can buy microwave food, fried rice noodles, room has microwave, big, comfortable

We stayed one night after visiting Joshua Tree NP. The property appears fairly new and is close to the I-10 Freeway which you can hear from your room which is why I gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. I liked the glass shower doors. The bed and pillows were comfortable with a nice duvet. I also liked that there were two shades, one that was light filtering and the other that was black-out. Breakfast was limited due to COVID but was adequate: boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, yogurt, granola bars, muffins or cold bagels. I appreciated their precautions with the desk person serving the coffee from behind the front counter with gloves on. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. A big plus with Hilton properties is the keyless entry and contactless check-in and out.

Nice clean hotel! Love that they gave us extra towels in advance. Breakfast was AMAZING! Good variety of food. Starbucks across the street was the deal breaker.

The hotel is relatively new, the location is also good, very close to friends, usually take a walk, the hotel has parking, swimming pool, etc., it seems that this choice is good

Really happy with our stay at this Hampton Inn. We were attending an event at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino so I was horrified when I first saw the $400+ rates for that weekend within San Bernardino & was grateful to find a great deal in comparison at this Hampton Inn in downtown Riverside. I was also extremely thankful for the amazingly fast service I received at check in -- the front desk guy literally got me all checked in in 2 min -- since we were running a little late for our event after hitting traffic on the way down from Monterey. I can't really think of any cons we encountered, but other pros include: hotel parking was within their own security-watched lot behind a gate so we didn't have to worry about our car or anything in it, mini fridge AND microwave in our room, super comfortable bed/pillows, noon checkout!

Very general! The room can hear the sound of the road! But the environment is safe and clean, the bedding is uncomfortable!
