Front desk service very nice and polite.

Very average! You can hear the sound of the road in the room! But the environment is safe and clean. The bedding is uncomfortable!

Other than our fridge not working, the room was great and there was plenty of parking for our truck and trailer

Let me start, too many teenagers in room, unsupervised, made noise, as if playing basketball, and running in hallways. I reported twice. Noise lasted tell 2:00 am. Power went out, people were stuck in elevator. Eating room buffet was destroyed by too many kids, not enough food. Reported this mess to corporate.

This is a great location; lots of fun things to do nearby. Staff seemed nice. The hotel is nice but there are a few things that could be upgraded. The air conditioner was bit noisy, to the point where I didn’t want to sleep with it on. The blackout curtain was a little messed up but I was able to get it to work a bit of adjusting. Could hear a fair amount of noise from the room upstairs. All in all it was a solid stay.

Due to our schedule on this trip we were gone thru the nights and slept through the days. Because of this the hotel was unable to clean our room over the 3 day stay because it conflicted with the housekeeping schedule. We spoke to the GM to try to resolve this and she flat out told us there was nothing she would do to make arrangements to clean our room while we were gone and that is normal for hotels to not have housekeeping on site after 3pm to clean rooms. It was also a struggle communicating with the staff as most of them could not speak or understand English.

My family and I stayed a night, and we had a great experience. The room was very clean.

We had a very nice two night stay and felt very cared for. The desk staff were very helpful, our room was well prepared for us, and the breakfast staff was well prepared with great food and quick replenishment of the food and drinks. Thank you to the management.

Hotel was great. Location was perfect for our needs. Mattress’s were so comfortable!!!

Lots of unattended kids running around due to soccer travel tournament. Lots of noise woke us up at 6am

I like its quietness. There was a good area to walk around and very close to the freeway.
