Our first night there was excellent, the continental breakfast was wonderful. Due to a water break in the hotel, we were startled by the fire alarm at around 10:15 at night and had to evacuate. Scared our 2 toddlers to death and we ended up packing up and driving 4 hours back to Cheyenne at 11 at night. what a nightmare and I know it was just an uncontrolled incident but traumatic either way. Other than that, our stay was good! We will stay again.

Very nice stay at this Inn. The communication was great from the front desk. They reminded me that they were having a reception in the lobby at 6:00 pm which included beer & wine, plus dinner. The room was spacious and had a King Size bed, which was very comfortable. They also have breakfast every morning. I enjoyed my stay there very much.

Our family needed a block of rooms. Jericka and Anna were a great help. Upon arrival the staff were helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. Although they had construction going on the hotel was very well kept. We had a complimentary dinner with drinks and the breakfasts in the mornings (we stayed 3 days) were good and a variety of food and smoothies. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They have a pool and hot tub that are well maintained. We definitely will stay here again.

Great hotel!! Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is excellent. Nice staff. Good workout room. Good wifi. I stay in hotels around the world +50 days a year, and this one was one of the tops. Highly recommend!!

The room was clean, and the service was excellent, but the common areas could have used some work. The elevator and the hallway leading to my room needed to be vacuumed. I saw the same trash in the hallway that was not picked up or vacuumed for the three days I stayed there. I put trash in a small community trash can the first night I was there, and the day I left, that trash was still in the can because the can had not been emptied. The breakfast was also very bad for a Hampton Inn. It was basically the same thing every day. I have stayed at many Hampton Inn over the years, and while the room was clean and the staff was nice, I have to say that I have stayed in much nicer Hampton Inns!!

I appreciated the kindness and understanding of Maria and Julia as our stay was unexpected due to a family emergency. This is a beautiful facility particularly the lobby. Breakfast presentation over the top with multiple choices. Extremely clean throughout. Feeling fortunate we were able to stay :)
