I have had massages all over the world and this was easily in the top 3 best massages that I have ever had. The ambiance was zen and inviting and Andrea’s pressure was the perfect mix of therapeutic and relaxing. 100 stars! Don’t hesitate book her now.

Amazing stay!!! Special shoutout and huge thank you to Jan and Chris for being so accommodating on the beach to me and my toddler. I'm almost 8-months pregnant - and Jan and Chris went above-and-beyond to ensure my experience on the beach was as easy and enjoyable as possible (think beach chairs/umbrella, a big bin of beach toys for my toddler, etc) and are so helpful. They really made the trip.

The best hotel in West Palm! Thank you Raj, at the front desk. Always helpful and kind! Thank you Jan, for the front row beach chairs and always smiling every morning when we came down. This hotel is clean, the staff is helpful. The service is excellent! Definitely recommend!

Warning. If you want to have a hotel room that is oceanfront, skip this hotel! When they say ocean view, they mean a side corner partial view set way back from the hotel front. I paid all that money for ocean front view with a balcony, and my view is basically the parking lot on the side of the building. The private residences not associated with the hotel are the lucky ones that get the oceanfront view. Be warned. This is extremely misleading!. I was incredibly disappointed. You also need to be warned that there are almost $150 worth of fees daily including $37 a day for having your car sit in their garage even if you don’t use it. Their nice restaurant was not open the entire time I was there, so the only food offering, aside from a breakfast buffet, was food from the reef Tiki hut. Unfortunately, my room also had issues and an electrician and a plumber had to be called in on separate days! There are only two saving graces at this hotel and one is the beach. It is a lovely beach , but be warned, the front row on the beach is reserved for the private residences once again. The best you can get is the second row if you are a hotel guest. The other saving grace is the day staff. Without them, I would have left. I want to shout out to Jan, Brian, Tiguan, Adale, Raj, Roberto, Christopher, and the entire beach staff. They were amazing! As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I was very disappointed with this Marriott hotel, and how misleading they are about so many things. You need to commend your staff because without them… You would be getting many more bad reviews.

Raj was incredible. Took care of both my family and I, served us with kindness and with a lot of love. Looking forward to coming back!! He was a big help throughout the entire stay. Beautiful property with great hospitable staff. Everyone was pleased within our group with every meal and our entire experience at the hotel

The reason for the 3 rating is that, when we booked this stay about 2 weeks ago, we inquired if there was any ongoing renovations and were told absolutely not. Upon arriving we learned that this was not true as the restaurant was closed for renovations… a big disappointment to say the least! On the positive side, the staff was great, very nice and always helpful. Some notable examples were Raj and Cyripe (belllman) but frankly this was across the board! Also, the rooms were very nice.

Spacious gorgeous rooms! Very clean. Bar servers were so attentive. Front desk were phenomenal and helped with every request we needed, specifically Raj! Thank you for your customer service, Raj! Alexis was great too, she had a smooth check out for us! Will return!

I was incredibly disappointed. I can’t tell you how much money I paid for Ocean view balcony hotel room. What I got was on the side with a parking lot. And a view to the right of the ocean set way far back.

The hotel was in a beautiful location, right on the beach, and our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. Mostly, I'd like to write about the service! For the entire week, we got some of the best service we've ever had. From Jan, Chris and Leo at the beach to Rod and Rob at the pool and James at the tiki bar, they were helpful and friendly at all times. Picking up our car from valet was easy, the massages were wonderful, and any time we needed anything at all, the staff was friendly and helpful.
